Woof, if that’s true, really bad look for Tatum. Sitting out the playoff to not risk his max contract? Yikes.

2 different players, but let's not forget how Boston treated Isaiah Thomas.
The Accession of Paul Reed is upon us !

LaMelo Ball.

What’s your outlook?

I feel like if we dont have any memories of Lavar and Lonzo, he could have been more valued.

Bertans opted out of the pre-tournament in advance of his payday. I wouldn't fault any pending FA from choosing not to play, even a critical cog for a contender-ish team like Tatum and the Celtics. There are obviously no long term studies on permanent lung function damage which would presumably impact ones' ability to play professional basketball.

Still think it's 100% stupid to play this out but we know why it's happening.

How much of a homer am I being hoping that this break has allowed Ben to work on his shooting. Embiid should be a beast since he has had the whole covid-19 off season, to do load management. Shake Milton and Korkmaz have been putting up shots and been in the weight room getting stronger and better. And coach brown has been looking at film and realizes that Al coming off the bench is a good thing. ?

Maybe, though it doesn't feel like a coincidence that he lost all that weight and tested positive for covid.

I read at twitter that Sixers are interested in Jamal Crawford.

My take: Player agents should stop using the Sixers as leverage to get their clients to places they prefer

Its been rumored before. Not sure how credible the source is.

Doesn't really excite me. I suppose he's a good locker room guy who might still have something left in the tank. I wouldn't be opposed to him taking Neto's spot.

If we didn't have Simmons, I would have been on board with keeping Fultz and try to figure it out. But we can't have two dudes who need the ball in their hands and can't shoot. The off the court stuff was just added incentive to move on from him.

The off the court stuff was just too toxic IMO. I think it was too toxic that it has the potential to destroy the entire roster.

Boston should try to move Tatum to Sacramento for De'Aaron Fox.

Wouldn't that be somewhat redundant with Kemba while decimating their already poor front court?
