I have a few offers for both simmons and oladipo on the table that I'm weighing pulling the trigger on.

No one has come close to the asking price for Embiid.

LeVert and DJJ are keepers.

I figured that. I don't see anyway you trade him and get the right value for him because he is such a sim beast.

As for Simmons I would love to see what his value is around the league.

Jabari Parker type of value, but at least with Parker you maybe able to put him on the exempt list

Not 40 percent good, many many better players you can get for that amount of capspace, would be essentially throwing away the next 2 seasons

Yes we can argue whether simmons is worth 40% of the cap or not. Which he isn't.

But just speaking about the player and there talent. Simmons is really good player. Jabari is not.

If Simmons was a free agent today, I'd guarantee he'd get a 4 year deal at 35% of the cap. Maybe not 40, but definitely 35 for a top 20ish player at 23 in the NBA.

I think most people would agree that Simmons is as at least as good of a player as Booker. We'll see Booker's contract.

He has just as many rings as 27 other GMs in BAF, you don't see the season 1 finals loser bragging about losing..

I mean bragging about losing is one thing but not acknowledging the accomplishment of making b2b NBA finals seems ludicris to me. It is very tough to accomplish that. Being the best team in a conference 2 years in a row is nothingto scoff at.
