Will the neutral location help or hurt OKC? Going to be interesting to see how no crowd effects the teams.
My eyes glaze over when reading alternative stat (not advanced stat) narratives that go many paragraphs long. If you can not make your point in 2 paragraphs it may not be a great point.

My goodness, dudes on twitter are actually trying to convince themselves that Roberson is some sort of plus for this team. He hasn't played competitive basketball in over 2 years and he's coming off a catastrophic injury and he's only got 8 games to get into some sort of form before the playoffs, AND this all has to happen in the most artificial environment in NBA history but hey, his defense amiright?

I would rather him take Ferguson's minutes and give us an idea of what he is now if we are considering re-signing him.

How much of a market do you think there will be for him after 2 years? Will it be more than a nonguaranteed contract?

OKC will give him more than non-guaranteed IMO. They are a pretty classy organization and Roberson gave it his all and had a freak accident. They will reward him for his hard work.
The question is whether or not we do re-sign him. Info is needed. Samples are needed, even if small. We need to see how he looks. Because if it's just obviously over, it makes a lot of sense to just bring him on as a defensive assistant rather than a player.

At best he gets a minimum deal.

That is possible that that is why he is was paid all the time he was injured. I do not think they will give him another guaranteed contract out of loyalty. I think they will only do it if they think he will help the team.

I think that is probably the care unless he comes back and does something really positive.

I'd put the odds extremely low that Robes gets hooked up long term. Maybe a 1 year deal with a team option for a second at most. You can't hook a guy up long term with this sort of injury history. ESPECIALLY one who was as one dimensional as Roberson in the first place.

Apparently, Roberson has been impressive shooting the ball, according to Abdel Nader.

The Thunder's first two scrimmages, Friday against the Celtics and Sunday against the 76ers, will be streamed on the Thunder Mobile App and nba.com/thunder. Its third scrimmage, July 28 against the Trail Blazers, will be broadcast on Fox Sports Oklahoma.

I think most of the real games will be on national TV. Same as the NHL.
