Quite frankly, I like it again. Guys with a hunger to earn a spot on the team next year with KD. Another one of his buddies from the DMV.

Marks is getting all the disgruntled free agents looking for a spot. Sean is about to call up DeMarcus Cousins next or something

I'm not mad, although absorbing his 5-game suspension stinks. I hope he can learn the system and contribute defensively, he's always had a boatload of one-on-one offensive skill.

I like it, we had a big need for a PF, even before it was announced that DJ and Dinwiddie would be out. Beasley isn't really a positive impact player, but he's still very talented offensively, and he gives us some much needed offense.

Not a huge fan but we know that he can score and we need that help at PF anyway.

This is like some bizarre alternate universe....Unlike Crawford, Beasley has a shot of being a Net next season. Time to shine Rodi.

Can he really be alot worse then chandler? i doubt it. its a quality body in a 9 man rotation for sure. i have no fantasies about him being some comeback stud though. but i like it

With a bunch of elevated role players & minimal practice time, it's going to have a YMCA type feel. It makes sense that Marks is going for guys that can score on their own when the offense inevitably breaks down.

I'm surprised we're willing to eat the 5 game suspension. Our backup PF is Justin Anderson who was out of the league. Our starting PF is Rodi who was completely out of the rotation this year. We really needed this pickup to be able to play 20 minutes a game for 8 games + the playoffs. But Anderson is a dog so maybe the team thinks we can hold it down until then.

Don't mind the pickup though. I've always liked Beas. As a try out for next year, and a guy that KD is cool with + a guy that can get buckets off the bench - he's worth a shot.

He can score and is barely 31 which still is his prime.

If he is motivated he could surprise a lot of people. Rodi seems to be the starting 4 but I'm curious to see how Beasley looks.
