Dame's accommodations. Not the Motel 6!

Giannis mentioned he's staying in a suite. Guessing this one is his:

I doubt think any NBA player had to find a place to shoot on TV their own. I would think that teams would be all over that,

I don't think driveway hoops were an option. One would need a massive driveway to accommodate corner 3's, and most driveways are sloped slightly for drainage.

I can't imagine very many NBA players have built indoor hoops in their homes. Seems like that would be an expensive use of residential space when the team has a lavish facility staffed with trainers and chefs. A few players might have wanted the convenience of an home hoop, but no one saw a pandemic shut down coming that would give such a feature significant value.

Anyone think Gasol and Jokic lost maybe a little too much weight? I kinda do. They probably really didn’t though.

You'll be ready to go once the season re-tips. Back half of July sucks anyway.

Stay up, homey, and let's hope that fortnight passes as fast as it can.

Yeah I think guys could definitely find spots to get up some shots during the lockdown.

Devin Booker mentioned he had a court built during lockdown. I imagine some other max money types probably did the same.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

The league ordered NBA practice facilities to be closed by March 20.

Yes, I know. I'm saying I'd be shocked if some players weren't given keys to the court to use carefully.

I don't know, Gasol looks straight-up weird this skinny. He, more than Jokic I think, has his game predicated on size. It's probably good Jokic lost some lbs, but Gasol? Not sure. He's very clearly on his way out, so maybe he felt he needed to drop the weight to keep his stamina up and stay on the court.

"We're here in Atlanta at TNT studios. Everybody's asking how can we stop the spread of Covid? Is the bubble enough? Do you institute a mask-at-all-times policy? How is this remorseless infection machine stifled? Diesel, any thoughts?"
"Giannis."
"But Shaq though he is the reigning MVP and likely 2020 recipient, surely he can't be deployed as an antidote producing organism up to the task of supplying the entire world."
"Don't even matter, Ern. He's too big. Too strong. Can't be stopped."
"I believe I've heard this before. Anything else you'd like to add?"
"Yes, EJ, I do. When dinner time arrives and beans is no longer an option due to their highly-charged political nature, order up a large Shaqaroni pizza from Papa John's. Better Pizza. Papa John's."
