HOU has a bad FA rating and won't be able to land the top FA so for a 2 year cost he seems to fit perfect.
HOU lineup would be:

Huerter
Hunter
Draymond
Hayes
they could even play small ball move draymond to the 5 and play PJ Washington or whoever they draft at the guard or wing position.
with a solid bench and have 2 lottery picks which they would still have approx $100 to sign.
