Could that be a result of more testing? Either way seems normal, once the virus takes hold it'll run its coarse, the good news is the mortality rate is going down, its actually less then the flu now i heard, but i know i know you want this to be the worst virus ever, go team doom and gloom!
There is no sugarcoationg the U.S. response to this SARS 2 virus. There are two nations south of the border. The New Confederacy of interference running yahoos and then states like Colorado that because of changing demographics more resemble Canada in how they govern themselves. So the virus is only as doom and gloom as a society's ability to fund and implement emergency response and pandemic spread prevention. Somebody termed the United States as a fractured nation with a broken sense of common purpose. This is as much the disease, a profound illness, as is Corona.
Ahh so a virus with a less than 1% mortality rate isnt giving you your doom and gloom fix anymore so you've projected it onto the USA as a whole, i think you've found something, go with it! Dorry worry basketball is starting soon, there will be lots of material for you there.
