I made the same arguments AGAINST MCW early on in the league when he won ROTW and was putting up numbers because that's all people look at/care about but don't care how those numbers are gotten.

His impact on the court has been good for the Magic in advanced stats. People were making the same arguments about Isaac his rookie year too.

He definitely needs to improve his inside scoring ability/footwork/post play or else he will be capped but he can shoot from anywhere, he can defend and even when he's out of position he makes people throw up crazy shots.

His biggest issues were getting pushed around because of being too skinny/conditioning related stuff.

Now I don't know if he will ever be All star level but if he was able to make mistakes/play 25 minutes a game and put up numbers on a bad team people wouldn't be calling him a bust .. there are a lot of games he legit provides huge impact but gets taken out even when Vuc is sucking just because Vuc is an all-star/vet. He has a lot to improve on but I think at the very least he will be a solid rotation player in the league.

I only drafted Bol because I believe that a team would draft him and start him. Truthfully, I didn’t look into his meds- if I would have I wouldn’t have taken the risk. If this was real life - I would have kept him and developed him... As far as bam I like what I heard and would rather have Payton and bam instead of monk...

28 pounds is a lot in the context of his situation- he will need time to adjust. He will need to get into shape with said weight. For me it’s always been easier when I go down in weight and train -then the reverse...

But the trade was more of an asset swap - bone preferred to have more available salary, the extra roster spot and monk and I preferred the opposite...

Birch is a legit 3rd C for your team!! Idk what happened to him this year for us IRL though.. was so much better last year imo
