With LeBron able to be classified as a guard and AD able to be a Center, I think Tatum has a really good shot at making the second team. Crazy. Excited that we should be able to offer him his supermax this offseason.

I’m guessing he makes second team, which reminds me of how funny it was early in the year when half of this board was blasting him.

Also, I said it the other day and need to again, look at the size that this dude is becoming. He’s not going to have much trouble finishing through contact lol.

All i did on here all summer was talk about eating steak and working on every time Tatum posted a pic of his normal life. Turns out he was eating and working out hard, and still is, he just doesn't share it. If he keeps this up he's going to be a slightly shorter Greek Freak with an outside shot.

We’ve been seeing it all year, but it’s nice to see him verbalize it. Ego-free, servant leader.

Kemba has a really good (leader) personality. The whole team does.
It trickles and reverberates through; from off-court to on-court.

Lots of talk about the Celts being a dark horse considering that Kemba probably has polio.

Yep! Only problem for him to come here is Boston could sign him only once Kemba's deal is over.

Isn't the timeline pretty tricky? Here are when contracts are over, assuming JT and Mitchell get 5 year extensions:

Kemba: 3 years left, over in 2023
Tatum: 6 yrs left, over in 2026
Mitchell: 6 yrs left, over in 2026

I could be off on those dates with Tatum and Mitchell but nonetheless tough to project cap space in 6 years

The short answer is that theres really only one path thats realistic. We may not take it, or want to take it, but its building a trade around Jaylen [and probably Smart].

I can't see Mitchell and Kemba both here. I think that it's Kemba that would have to be the one who is gone, in one way or another.
I definitely wouldn't Trade Brown & Smart for Donovan Mitchell. The current team chemistry is worth keeping.

If Kemba's knee doesn't become totally debilitating, then I would think that the priority is to improve the C & PF positions.

This season ended so crappy but that regular season was satisfying a season as I can remember. This is one of my favorite mixes from that time. I watch it every now and again and reminisce. Great music too.

and that's "MR. Irrelevant" to you!!

Is 6’1 really that detrimental when you have a 6’10 wingspan? I mean, Smart is 6’2 [per his pre-draft combine measurements] and I’d have no problem with him being the full time SG next to Kemba — I dont think the 1 inch height difference is material.
