Funny, I'm the exact opposite. I'm a relentless optimist from tipoff to the final buzzer, but more willing to have the tough, pragmatic, team-building conversations the rest of the time. Basically, for me, the offseason is the time to be serious/critical, the season is the time to get behind the team.

Fanhood is weird.

Brad averaged 11 PPG on 41/33/85 splits in his last season overseas. Pretty average...

Not even comparable. Brad's had a longer, more impressive career overseas than his twin brother before coming over to the NBA. Brad was a Finals MVP in the highest league in Germany, two-time German league champion, league MVP, and actually played in the Euroleague while Brian played one season in an unknown league in Lithuania. I think he's somehow also bigger than his brother. Maybe stole his brother's meals when parents were not looking.

So all Euros have similar numbers, but some get them in better leagues?

Random hot take that I didn't believe myself initially. Also mostly based on my unreliable eyeballs. And on/off numbers.

Tatum and Hayward work together well on the floor. (+16.1 net rating w/o Brown)

Isn't Tatum himself about a +10

So to only be a -1.6 without Tatum seems pretty good to me :p

That said yeah I wasn't a fan of seeing us ISO Brown yesterday. Nothing in his game right now involve ISO skills.
