Players kept themselves in good shape during the hiatus.

"Yes, they did as a matter of fact" said Gregg Popovich during a recent video call with reporters. "They're doing a good job. We're starting slowly."

With the Spurs scheduled to begin July 31, players are re-acclimating their bodies. They've gone through scrimmages, five-on-five practices, and have a three-game scrimmage slate coming soon.

Several Spurs have said that conditioning is the number one thing on their mind in the restart....

"Everybody has been competing but at the same time I think everybody is taking care of their bodies," Murray said. "You got a great group of staff that's always here for massages or stretching whatever you need for your body."
