In both scrimmages, Spo has put Herro in a situation to need to be the offensive playmaker. This is a great opportunity to expand his game in areas that should be aligned with his targeted progression. Tyler should become increasingly a combo guard, running a heavy dose of pick and roll. He was actually extremely effective in his limited instances of running the PnR at Kentucky. He can really build off of that IMO

Still think Herro > Nunn longer term. Perhaps there's room for both of them in that backcourt, but I'm not sure there is.

I guess Herro is cool with being a 6th man at present, and probably next year too...but eventually he's gonna want that starters vibe.

I agree. Nunn definitely has talent, but probably not the right piece with Herro, Bam, and Butler. He has time to develop his game though. Hopefully Spo has been scheming.

Great piece as a future 6th man--think of Dragic's value to our team right now

Also great if he continues to progress and can serve as a valuable trade piece

huge overpay? to have 3 absolutely established all stars, 2 of which are JUST 23 YO on rookie deals. while also still having the ability to retain the best catch & shoot player in the league and STILL having that max slot. you might want to rethink that 1 lol.

which other team has two 23 year old two-way stars, a top 15 two-way player and max room to work with in 2021? exactly lol.

Not a good deal for either team. Donovan is the face of the Jazz org right now. You cannot trade him for unknowns no matter your opinion of him.

Nunn is a good player. He was finally getting consistent when the season shut down. He has little weight in a trade for a big name.

Herro has some major potential. He could be a better player than DM. Nice shooter, quality ballhandler, can get his shot from about anywhere, and has shown a bit of a clutch gene. Still too green in the league to center a trade for an all-star.

The 1st round picks can't even be traded and would have low value.
