Will Bynum sighting

Post#1 » by flow » Mon Jul 27, 2020 8:02 pm

Who was your favorite Piston that most people wanted to get rid of?

Mine was Will Bynum. I understood his flaws, but still loved his game.

He was on the Knuckleheads podcast the other day.

Are you ill with coronavirus? Because that's the best explanation I can think of for creating this thread.

Lol. Point taken. It's been slow sledding, though.

I liked Bynum alot as well. Never was really a Stuckey fan and never got on that hype train.

Ish Smith is another I liked but many were happy to see leave.

Yeah, bynum was fun to root for. He wasn't a good nba player, but he was fearless and gave 100%. It was a major contrast to the overpaid bench guys from that era.

Who could possibly be happy to see Ish leave? He was one of the few consistent good players, exciting to watch and was a real pro. Probably the best player, considering role, of the SVG era.

As sports interviews go, that seemed pretty decent. I had in in the background when I was doing other things. I liked the part about Bynum complaining that Chauncey owned his ass, even in practice.
