It's sad to say but I think Oladipo peaked in his first season with the Pacers. He was really dependent on his athleticism and after his injury he just hasn't looked the same physically, and isn't getting any younger. I think he can still be a decent player if he refines his game but I just can't see him playing at that all-star level again.

He was a pretty skillful player too, but yeah his athleticism and motor is really what takes it to a new level. He was really on the cusp of superstardom. All NBA defender and his offense was just breaking out.

To vent for a minute, it bugs me when these guys leaving say "there's stuff more important than basketball". What they should be saying is "there's stuff more important than my job/career/income". I'm a distiller. The importance of distilling isn't why I dont leave my job. They've got every right to leave, but don't act as if its because something is more important than a game. A game isn't what you're leaving, your job is.

Not gonna lie, after hearing the celtics pat each other on their backs about how amazing they looked in practice the last couple weeks, it was real fun to see them flop hard in their first taste of actual opposition.

It's very clear to see that the Wizards need to get rid of Wall, Beal and maybe even Bertans.

For example, i'm sure we'd give up FVV, TD, and OG + more for Beal. A lot of teams would give more.

A deal that would give them young vets while they develop Rui Hachimura + whatever they draft for their pick, would accelerate their rebuild.

For **** and gigs, if they keep Bertans and just deal Beal for that package, they can have a lineup of;

FVV
OG / TD
Rui
Bertans
Thomas Bryant

Like that's a respectable young team.

Short handed Wizards taking it to the Clippers lol. Sh*t is funny as hell.

Rui Hachimiura might not have the handles, but you can tell he's going to be a star.

I gotta admit it...I didn't think the NBA would make it even this far...but to get to this point with no positive tests in the bubble is very impressive.

until Westbrook and Harden caught it, I was 110% this thing was going to work fine..then again those 2 were playing 2 weeks after testing positives against us.
With the Lou W situation handled/contained. The league will be just fine. I am just curious to see how someone as private as Kawhi handles this bubble thing.
Meanwhile the Lakers and LeBron have been on a school trip  for goodness sake...This bubble thing is looking good for the Lakers.

Bol Bol is so fun to watch. Did not expect this from him at all. I just thought he was one of those over hyped kids that got all the attention because of their NBA fathers. He sorta has that Zion effect where whenever he is on the court he makes plays, basically the anti wiggins.

Hope he can stay healthy.

I think the situation for them is slightly different in that the ones who said that have already made enough money to leave their jobs and not worry about financial well being. At this point, it is more of a game to them than it is a job, whereas for us Average Joes, we actually still need our jobs to pay the bills.

So what did they change in the stands?

Virtual fans in some weird JPegs that look like seats. But what else?

Is that artificial fan noise? Or is it the actual fans screaming?

Surrounding Kawhi with a starting unit of PG13, Zubac, Marcus Morris, and Reggie Jackson is so bad compared to what he had last season.
"I definitely knew he traveled, but I didn't know they were going to call it. That was one of them situations in which a great player made a move...and they called the call. And I was like, 'Oh, man, there is a God.'
