How the **** is Hezonja still in the league but Lin isn't?

Memphis losing helps the Pelicans just as much no?

Not really... No one's catching Memphis. They're basically a lock. It's most likely Portland/New Orleans for the 9th seed play-in.

Not sure I follow. There will be no play in for the 9th seed. A 9th ranked team would be playing Memphis (unless Dallas, Houston or OKC have a meltdown in the standings and lose every game).

I don't understand how you don't get it. Portland or New Orleans will be 9th. They're not likely going to catch Memphis. Portland losing would be far more beneficial to New Orleans than Memphis losing.

A friend pointed out to me that he can't really keep his head up when he dribbles, and I finally understood why he's so absolutely awful. Good athlete, tall, decent skills, aggressive, and just absolutely awful.

He hasn't played at all this start back up... foot issue. I'd wager that yes he's hurt.

Gotcha. For a sec I thought you thought that the 9th and 10th teams would be competing for a playoff spot. Ma bad.

Memphis losing is still beneficial to the teams chasing them, because they have to be withing 4 games to have a play-in happen. If Memphis widens the gap in these 8 games, there will be no play in.

I hate the Blazers offense... it's got to be the least creative offense in the league.

The 2 games yesterday and the only game who matters today so far have been great(Memphis vs Portland)!

Nurkic blatantly knocks down Jackson shooting a 3 at one end and no whistle then runs down the floor and flings himself off a Grizzlie who was just standing there and gets 2 free throws. that was pathetic.

Oh, come on. What is with the technical fouls :(
Players should brick the FTs for these on purpose.

So shouting and1 when fouled on an oop earns you a technical now?! These refs need to stop acting like this is summer league.

Melo is at best a 15-18mpg PF heat check guy. Relying on him at SF is depressing.

The techs this game have been a joke. It’s a playoff atmosphere swallow your whistles, on both sides, you pansies.

Nurk and Zach are such a great combo. Love rooting for these dogs.
