Lou will is a liar

He did more than just go for wings he even hung around for some socially distanced lap dances.

What should the NBA and silver do with this news?

I think it was pretty apparent to most sensible people from the get go.

In my opinion, if the investigation shows that he did break the rules, he should be uninvited from participating in the NBA Bubble. Simple as that. The rules are clearly laid out and completely fair. If he failed to abide by them, then it is his fault, no excuses.

Yeah I am on this side of the argument as well. Seeing what is happening in baseball, that last thing we'd want to see is one guy burst the whole bubble and ruin this for everybody. From a more interpersonal level, also just a prick move when your teammates and NBA brethren are stuck in the bubble making the best of it without family, friends, their own bed, or titties.

I hate it but I agree.
As someone who has been to Magic City many times I doubt he just went for the wings. He went to party.
I use to know Lou personally growing up (no contact now), but I don't like his actions here, and the stance he chose to take. His actions are disappointing to many of us from Gwinnett County, Georgia that have supported Lou proudly throughout his career at the AAU level.

Agree, zero tolerance for this kind of thing should be made clear. Even the slightest negligence can lead to the end of the season.

NBA will try to protect players by hiding any negativity from the media. This is not the time to penalize players.

They’ll let him off, but he should be banned from the bubble. Not only his actions, but his silence and lies are blatant proof that he willingly ignored any person’s wellbeing in the bubble, and that is inexcusable and should be dealt with accordingly.

This is far more insensitive and stupid an act than Gobert touching the mics in cleveland cavalier fashion by a guy who wants to be a dallas maverick and buzz the flight tower when the pattern is full. Rules were clearly set from the beginning and if not upheld, don't mean sh, and if not enforced may entice others to pull the same. Don't let him in the bubb. You got one ahole who wants to taint a perfect health tally from hundreds who are towing the line like pros.

I can't imagine that stripper will be employed by Magic City for very long.

Zero tolerance sounds great but it will make it less likely for players to come clean on all interactions they have had outside the bubble during an excused absence. I think encouraging honesty is a better idea. The 10 day quarantine should be enough to reduce risk.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

If he has to quarantine/test neg. the same amount anyway, I don't see the difference in him going to a funeral versus going to a night club? Other than the optics.

Hmm what rule did he break though? do we know the exact rule for leaving the bubble? I feel like it was intentionally written vaguely to prevent them from having to crack down on people. What should they do? enforce an arbitrary punishment? They cant let this happen again, but at the same time he can easily say, "nobody told me watching naked ladies wasnt okay if we are social distancing" and theyll have no way to prove he wasnt.

You don't usually have your face in some sex worker's butt cheeks at a funeral, at least at a boring one. Maybe funerals should re-think themselves.

No, from those who are on or will be given excused absences in the future. They shouldn’t be choosing between expulsion from the bubble and a 4 day quarantine when telling the truth.

Seems like a Clippers thing to do. The organization knows nothing about championships and what it takes to win one so no surprise.
