Kawhi won a ring last year. Did it matter that GS didn't have its best player and lost Klay for a couple games and even had Looney hurt for some (not a big deal there)?

Same for Curry in 2015.

Why does Lebron never get to face depleted injured teams?

Off hand I remember that Bogut was out games 6 and 7 in 2016. Draymond got suspended in game 5. Iggy was playing with a bad back. Jameer was out in 2009 for the series. Butler was out for the Mavs in 2011. Rose was out in 2012 for the playoffs which was the only reason Miami advanced as the #1 seed lost it's best player making it easy for the Heat. Bulls were missing like 3-4 starters in 2013 in that series as well.

Bogut is non starter
Draymond was 1 game and warranted. Love missed 2 games and played basically concussed in 2016.
I did forget about Caron b/c he was out for those playoffs
I don't know if Bulls would have mattered, but who knows

None of those are as impactful as Kyrie and Love out in 2015 for the whole series in the finals
Hughes missed 2 or 3 games in 2007 finals and avgd like 1 point that series. Wouldn't have mattered
Bosh out for Indi 2012, got hurt in game 1 and most of Boston 2012 (i think came back G6 and limited min)
Ofc Wade had huge knee issues from 2011 on
Love missing game 7 of the ecf with that depleted cavs team.
Hill missed some games in 2018 (not as big as others), etc etc

There are many small ones still, but I am mostly talking about big ones, in big moments

Bogut being out was pretty big but like it was still the GOAT title regardless

He also wrecked draymond out of the finals lmfao

JordanBulls and his Bogut comments no matter how many times it’s been debunked.

Bogut was a non-factor in those finals and it's annoying to see his name pop up again and again even though it's been shown on this board multiple times about what he brought to the series.

He only played a total of 60 minutes (15, 15, 12, 10, 8) in the series. Kerr saw that he was ineffective as the series went on for a myriad of reasons and didn't play him. The Warriors accrued the losing margins when Bogut was on court.

In his 60 minutes on court: GS's ORTG: 91.4, GS's DRTG: 111.2, NET: -19.8 per 100 possessions
—In the 276 minutes off court: GS's ORTG: 113.2, GS's DRTG: 109.5, NET: +3.7 per 100 possessions.

The Warriors offense was light years better without him and even the defense was a little better. The Warriors were blown out while Bogut was on court.

Now, look at the last three games he played as his minutes got fewer and fewer: They were blown off the court with Bogut on court.

—In his 30 minutes on court: GS's ORTG: 86.2, GS's DRTG: 131, NET: -44.8 per 100 possessions.
—In the 114 minutes off court: GS's ORTG: 112.4, GS's DRTG: 116.4, NET: -4.0 per 100 possessions.

Game 1: 15 minutes with him in, -8. 33 minutes with him off, +23
Game 2: 15 minutes with him in, +10. 33 minutes with him off, +23
Game 3: 12 minutes with him in, -21. 36 minutes with him off, -9.
Game 4: 10 minutes with him in, +0. 38 minutes with him off, +11.
Game 5: 8 minutes with him in, -6. 40 minutes with him off, -9.

In his last three games, he was providing no defensive resistance and of course is a negative on offense compared to their other lineups so Kerr didn't play him.

LAST THREE GAMES:

Overall: Dfg%: 63.6%, opponents usually shoot 50.4%, +13.2%
Under 6ft: Dfg%: 80%, opponents usually shoot 61.7%, +18.3% [so much for that rim protection ]

He was more and more ineffective as the series went on so Kerr didn't play him.

Thanks for doing the deep digging or copy paste, I wasn't going to type all that for someone who thinks bogut missing 2 games is a huge deal

Toronto’s just a tough matchup for them. This feels like it could be another ugly loss like the beginning of the year. They’re so disciplined and quick.

Fun to see JordanBulls posting here for so many years and always holding to some idiot narrative to bring down LeBron. Really dude, you should know better.

Lebron's jumper continues to look way off. The rest of the team is joining the brickfest.

POA defense is looking kinda shaky without Bradley. Green specially hasn't been good.

Wonder how quickly Vogel goes away from the two big lineups in the playoffs. Really hurts them against good teams. I'm not even sure they can risk it against Portland, let alone Houston or Clippers.

I want to see Lebron score more tonight.

His scoring was top notch prior to the break.

I still think this team goes as far as Lebron takes them.

We have guys who can shoot, consistency has been a huge issue though

DG, KCP, Dion

JR and Cook won't play much, but they can shoot it

Will be tough to go with 2 bigs for too long depending on the opponent

DG better have a good showing this post season or I can see him being dangled

I think it's just the two big lineups. With a single big and a small 4, they almost always have enough shooting and good spacing.

Kyrie nor Lebron went off until Bogut was gone in that series. He might not had helped G.S much but he certainly help make sure that Lebron nor Kyrie would go off knowing he could be put in.

Bron was very good in g3 and Kyrie was also good in Game 3 and 4(30+ in each)
1st 2 games were at GS and cavs were getting their footing

Stop it

GS offense was much easier to guard with Bogut in
