This is an issue for Philly and is why I’m not scared of them in the playoffs

Still a horrendous matchup. We let average big men look like Shaq in 2000. Embiid would eat us for lunch.

TJ Warren's 9th three was the dagger. Told ya, Sixers will find a way to stay in 6th in these seeding games even with a depleted Pacers.

Yeah I guess the Pacers are just a terrible matchup for Philly.

Sigh, it's a bad matchup for us, and I'd rather have the 76ers if possible face the Bucks than anyone else.

We've seen Horford do decently on the Greek Freak and Embiid. They have the bigs that could give that team some issues and they have a shot in the dark.

I'm very VERY concerned about a 1rst round matchup between the Celts and the 76ers... that's bad news bears.

Lol. Horford with the heist of the century.

**** him though. Hope he gets traded to the Hornets and loses 60 games a year until his contract is out.

Impressive win by the Raps over the Lakers. Lowry with 33-14-6. Anunoby 23 pts on 9 shots. Their defense was superb. I can't believe AD only got up 7 shots (apart from the 9 FTs).

he looks to have aged 5 years in the past year. He's toast. We got every last bit he had to offer. Can't fault him for taking the money. It's his last payday

First game I’ve watched Siakam up close & I can’t be the only one that doesn’t see the hype that’s been given ?
I actually see him on par with Jaylen. Both limited who can’t be your first option on a championship team.

I’m with you on that. He can’t be the number 1 option on a championship team. At least not yet. It doesn’t take a genius to see that Lowry, is still their number one. He is clearly their leader, and how far they go, clearly depends on Lowry. Siakam is good, but is clearly still raw. Not saying he can’t be great, but i think, still a 2-3 years away. Nurse has been excellent for them actually. He’s a guy that actually not afraid to take risks. Unlike Stevens, who is sometimes so stubborn and is predictable with his rotations.

He’s panicking. He knows the Lakers have no chance against the Clippers. Kawhi will be Kawhi in the playoffs, PG13’s looking better than ever, their bench is the deepest in the NBA & they’ve still got Lou & Trez to come back.

The lakers problem is that Lebron doesn’t have a steady, reliable jumper, unlike Kawhi and PG. That would cost them a lot during close games against the Clips. The fact that he also lost a lot of his explosiveness and athleticism does not help.

I understand Warren scoring 50+ when the Sixers were doing a poor job defending him even after he got hot. But how did Harden score almost 50 with Mavs doubling/blitzing him and forcing him to give up the ball the whole game?? It almost worked in Dallas' favor too until they ran out of gas late in the game and let Rockets creep back in the final minutes.

I only ask this cos I'm wondering what strategy is optimal defending Giannis/the Bucks. Stevens rarely employs a defensive scheme that aggressively doubles the opposing superstar.

I saw the "Jimmy Butler Not Allowed To Wear Jersey With Blank Nameplate" headline and assumed there was some profound point Butler was trying to make. But as far as I can tell, there wasn't?
