For whatever odd reason, my sig disappeared. I wonder it’s cause of the jay z quote I had that was directed at weak sneak dissers on this board :lol:

As far as taking him #1, it's not easy having the #1 pick. Ill taking Bagley at #1 wasn't a reach at all. The pros did nearly the exact same thing. If SAC had the #1 IRL they may very well have taken him at #1 too.

Facts man. I thought Bagley was a great pick for Ill. It’s just unfortunate with all of his injuries. He’s basically known as “Kings passed up luka for him” which isn’t fair at all to him imo.

I was looking forward to get a haul for Bagley during trade deadline, but injuries hit again smh... He has all the talent, hopefully he is healthy next season

I get the thinking behind the pick but it comes from an attitude where none of the prospects were head and shoulders above the rest. IMO, Doncic was. Grabbing MVP of the ACB at 18 was a huge deal and should have been weighted far above any of the other prospects' accomplishments. Zion level annihilation of the NCAAs (highest PER ever) is comparable, for example.

Yeah probably. I will have to clean that up. I wish I at least got a PM by whichever mod that removed it though. I have no idea how long my sig was gone for :lol:

I personally didn’t have him on the same level as Zion as a prospect (which I’m wrong for). I did think he was gonna be a star though. I had a star tier which was Ayton, Bagley and Luka. Should’ve put Luka #1 lol. A lot of people are saying this is like the Jordan draft where Ayton was picked #1 like Hakeem over Jordan/Luka and Bagley is basically Sam Bowie. Kinda seems spot on to me lol

If there’s a player I’m truly eating crow on in that draft though it’s definitely Trae Young. I really thought he was gonna bust :lol:

I used to have a Beastie Boys quote that said "Excuse me MFers can I beg your pardon, I'm goin to see the Knicks at Madison Square Garden" and it was removed after somebody reported it.

I'm still mad that the Knicks screwed up the tank. Made so much sense to pair him with KP, but nope. Let's play some vets.

That sounds right. Can't be mad about taking Ayton. He is nice. A lot of people got tripped up on Luka confusing him with undeveloped international prospects. He was already there.

I didn't know what to think about Young and sort of avoided conversations about him. There was a lot to be excited about and a lot to be concerned about. I felt like he would figure out the shot selection thing with better teammates. I'm more impressed that he cut down on his turnovers.
