For the record I generally like Laker fans (I know I shouldn't say that, but the ones that know ball are cool as hell! (the 10%, same as every other team) the others are just whatever, they don't know anything about basketball, which you get that in every fan base)

That sounds more like one-way hate where Kings fans can't stand Lakers fans but Lakers fans hardly remember Kings fans exist.

Yeah, no hate at all.
Lakers fans hardly remember Kings fans exist.

Lebron vs anyone, People don’t really hate the Lakers after all these years of sucking, they just hate James.

Celtics vs any fan base. Warriors vs any.

We are trying Really hard as raptor fans, but it might take us a few more years to be most hated.

Because it makes the whole experience of being a fan that much more fun. For example, if the Celtics beat (or get beaten by) the Mavs. It's not that big of a deal. However, if the Celtics beat or get beaten by the Lakers, it means so much more.
It's also relative. In real life, if a C's fan were to see that someone wearing a Lakers jersey were in trouble, they would of course help them (and vice-versa). Most people (unfortunately not all) realize that hating someone in sports stays in sports, and it isn't taken into the real world. But yeah, having a rival fan base that you just can't stand makes sports more enjoyable (or at times more painful).

A lot of you need to read,it said fanbases that hated each other the most, not teams you hate.

The answer for this question for a while at least for realgm was Raptors/Celtics fanbase, but that really turned into a freindly rivalry between the fanbases. It's kind of a shame though as maybe a real rivalry could have sparked if they met in the playoffs when things were heated. It wouldn't have been nowhere near Lakers/Celtics or even 76ers/Celtics but it would be interesting.

Amusing that many of us Kings fans despise the Lakers, and for some reason them saying they don't care empowers them somehow.

We despise you forever and ever, regardless of what you think.

Blazers fans may dislike some rival teams like Utah, SA or OKC, but hate is reserved for LAL.

Toronto and Boston has been on a collision course for quite some time. Its amazing that they have never played each other in the playoffs considering how both franchises have had deep runs over the past 5 years. But that should hopefully change in the second round this year.

I know the Celtics fan base is seeing this as the Eastern Conference main rivalry over the coming years (see video below) and I can tell you the Raps fan base hates the Celtics base and are amped up for a second round series. Toronto and Boston are very similar cities in terms of influence, climate, wealth and they both have passionate fan bases. There is also crossover hate stemming from other leagues such as the Leafs-Bruins rivalry and to a lesser extent Jays-Red Sox. Raps fans especially hate Boston because the Celtics tend to get glorified by the US media outlets even though they have underperformed the Raptors over the past 6 years.

As for Philly, Toronto tends to embarrass them too much (Joe Carter, Kawhi, Embiid 0 pt game) to even consider any hate for their fan base.
