With playoff teams not even trying to win games now it's just completely impossible to even hope for a chance of play in.

We've got more than I could ever hope out of this though, so it's good.

Even with "load management". Nice.

A 5 point deficit turned into a 5 point defeat. 10 point difference in a matter of a minute and 20 sec. Cant believe Clipps pulled this one out.

It's not every day you see a team with four players scoring 20+ points losing to other team with just one player over 20+ points.

Suns just need to win out and hope the Grizzlies lose 3 in a row (which isn't that far-fetched).

If the Suns lose 1, then they have to hope for Portland to lose 2 more and don't have the tiebreaker with Memphis. There's really no margin of error. Whatever happens though, these are pressure games for the first time in most of the team's professional careers. It's good experience for the future for sure.

So we're all thinking Grizz losing out is more likely than Portland losing another game? Will the Mavs at least play them at full strength?

I mean, I didn't think they'd lose this game being up 5 late, so anything is possible really. Suns just need to keep taking care of their own business like they have been. Regardless of outcome, Suns going 8-0 in the bubble would be one of the best stories for the NBA this season.

I can live with the Suns missing out going 7-1 or worse. Going 8-0 and not making it would be bitter, just because this franchise has had so much bad luck in the past. Just another screw job to play perfect and still be eliminated.

And the pessimistic side of me says next year it won't carry over. They'll regress or get suspended or get hurt. :banghead:

Just getting the invite and playing in these "playoff intensity" games is great experience for our team.

Today's game is a must win.

Do we want Pelicans to lose tomorrow or the Spurs?

Who cares! Let's just go 8-0 and if we make it awesome, if we don't we got the 8-0 hype and team going into next season. It is a win win

Truth is without the injuries and Ayton getting suspended, Suns are a +.500 team

For me this 8 games are our playoffs. To be honest, no one thought at the beginning we could beat even the wizards without Beal. This team is now showing its potential, its hard work during the season and its chemistry. This 4-0 streak is more that we could even dream. So if we make the play in I may even cry, but is not a realistic target.

Watching our kids winning at WAS, it was like, meh I can at least breath, one more entertaining game with crazy playoffs chances. Then we won against DAL. My girlfriend almost kick me out of the house. And I was like woah this dream is really lasting. After Clippers I started to believe in our posibilities, and after Pacers I cried, because I know how impossible for us was it and how impossible for us still is. So if we lose, if we don't make it, I'll be very very happy with the team and really hyped and motivated for the next season.

I love Lillard. Fans complain about it all the time but it's rare a player says something about it. Dame is the fans' player.

I would love a Suns/Blazers play-in. At least if the Suns lose, I can root for Lillard.
