Ben Simmons will have surgery on his left knee to remove "loose body," reported Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

The Sixers have not ruled Simmons out for the season, though it will reportedly take a deep playoff run for Simmons to possibly return.

Simmons will leave the bubble for the surgery.

Simmons was previously diagnosed with a subluxation of his left knee cap.

Apparently they are either all signing 1 year contracts with the Hornets or are using the Hornets to get even bigger pay cheques from opposing teams. One agent was quoted as saying the Hornets GM is the greatest thing for the players in terms of securing bank, shades of 3 offseasons ago.
