Ben Simmons To Undergo Surgery On Knee, Not Ruled Out For Season
AUG 8, 2020 2:10 PM

Ben Simmons will have surgery on his left knee to remove "loose body," reported Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

The Sixers have not ruled Simmons out for the season, though it will reportedly take a deep playoff run for Simmons to possibly return.

Simmons will leave the bubble for the surgery.

Simmons was previously diagnosed with a subluxation of his left knee cap.

once again I dont wish injuries on ANY players...

With that said- Milton and Kork will definitely have more minutes now...

Yeah they will get more minutes now. But they will have to step it up. I wish Simmons a speedy recovery

sorry to hear that bro...I was wondering where you went...funny you mentioned that my neighbors are getting their line reconnected as I type...I was very fortunate..

Ton of down trees and they say we may be out until Tuesday and I have only only been able to get out of the house to charge my stuff and do work so haven't had time to really watch or check into any sports.

Hopefully be up soon.

My power went out same time

Luckily, we have a generator, so I've been able to keep the lights on, but Internet's just come back on like half an hour ago. Cell service has been so bad I couldn't even load a gif on my phone

Hope you get your power back sooner rather than later

I tend to try and find the good in everything, but yea this year has been like no other. So many people have lost their lives. I feel for the families.

Apparently they are either all signing 1 year contracts with the Hornets or are using the Hornets to get even bigger pay cheques from opposing teams. One agent was quoted as saying the Hornets GM is the greatest thing for the players in terms of securing bank, shades of 3 offseasons ago.

Looking over the rosters and it saddens me that certain star players never get a shot. Am I the only one who thinks that if a star is on a treadmill team, then that GM should do right by that star and let him go to a winning situation for assets? Why waste precious prime years? Can anyone give me the thought process behind holding some of these guys hostage? Word on the street is...#TheyWantOut

I don’t want anyone to take this personally, cause it’s strictly business and I think any player and agent would be concerned. Also, I couldn’t name all of them because some are now free agents. But for the ones I did name, at your request, I just wanna know if those GMs believe this will be their year and why? Let’s talk.
