This will leave a bad taste in our players mouth. It will give them a huge chip on their shoulder, too.

It's pretty insane that we're going to win out and not have our destiny in our hands. But they'll have it back when the season starts and everyone is 0-0.

Memphis can absolutely lose to the bucks. It ain't over. By my math Portland doesn't concern as anymore as far as getting to the play in is concerned.

We will be playing the Mavs reserves and Memphis can lose to anyone.

Portland losing to the nets would of course also be good, but not necessary, correct?

I don't understand out KP fouled out on that call. They even challenged it and still wouldn't reverse it.

Even if we make the play-in, it will be rigged for the Blazers. Looking forward to next season, hopefully with most of this squad still intact.

Giving the ball to Hardaway Jr at the end has cost Dallas 2 games. Good thing one of them was against us.

Better FT shooter than LeBron though.

Even we make the play in game how exactly are we going to contain Lillard? Bridges is cute but Lillard will est him alive. He's a scoring assassin.

That was a weak ass play drawn up by Carlisle. Kind of disappointed, you would expect better from him. I think he just gave up at the end knowing that the refs were not going to let up.

This. Besides it's not like the league rigged that 3 to bounce the way it did. Stuff just happens sometimes.

There's still a chance. Which nobody could have imagined 2 weeks ago.

Very curious to see what the bucks do against Memphis. On one hand they have nothing to play for but on the other hand they haven't played that well in Orlando so might want to try and get one before the playoffs start.

I would have much rather drawn something up for Kleber than THJ honestly. They should have also reversed the KP foul out but it is what it is. They want POR vs LA.

I think the commentators were wrong. Watching the Blazers game they said this game clinches a play-in spot for the Blazers. I don't see how.
Currently...
Blazers 34-39
Grizzlies 33-39
Suns 33-39

If Blazers lose their next game against the Nets they are 34-40, and if Suns/Grizzlies win they'll be 34-39, which is a better win % than the Blazers.

There had to be a magnet some type of magnetic pull for the ball to go in after rising that high in the air. I've never seen the bounce bounce to the ceiling and go through the net. NBA should investigate both hoops especially Blazers side and come to a conclusion. Last thing we need is another Houston Astros tempering fiasco.

Yeah, if Blazers lose and Suns/Memphis win, they're out I think

Would have been nice to get that one. What a dumb offensive foul by Burke. Oh well, we've had our fortune I guess playing a bunch of team's scrubs lately so I can't complain about a team beating another at full strength...frustrating to watch it end like that when the guy Burke passed to made the 3. Would have been nice to pass both Memphis and Portland and only have to win one in a playoff. Still possible I guess. I wonder if Dallas will play full strength against us. A day off, national tv, coming off some tough losses, they may want a win going into the playoffs.

Playing against Memphis makes it easier for the blazers to play the Lakers. They're not going to risk that first round series to boost the playin ratings

Dame looks like Kobe in the 2005-06 season.
