Games like this are Games where zu shows his contribution. If trez was here, doc would play zu over trez and we'd further lose the rebounding battle. Zu is cleaning up the glass. Good on doc to put zu back in the game. He can't guard jokic and I'm worried about that but he's doing well tonight.

VERY nice. Team-best plus+11, getting his minutes--20 already. Jokic doesn't want to mix it up, although that could be a business decision.

The main issue I see with the Nuggets' "depth" is that Jokic is the only proven playoff performer on that team. Those other guys had to be carried past the Spurs by Jokic last year. I need to see them prove it in the playoffs before I buy into them.

I'm not going to be able to take your hot takes in the playoffs man. Jesus. I can imagine losing game 1 to the mavs and you panicking.

Well, they proved you wrong with you predicting we'll be a 4th seed 12 games into the season. So I hope they prove you wrong again.

LOL, MTV predicted at least 50 of our 23 losses.

That was the first game kawhi load managed and one of the games PG made his comback I believe and he said we're going to be the 4th seed. That should be a bannable offense being this toxic.

If you don't like doc, I get it. But seriously. It's annoying reading these extreme hot takes. You'd think it was Nick Wright posting.

Some Nugs fans seem to want the Jazz and not the Mavs. I have no idea why Malone pulled his starters in the 4th quarter against the Lakers either.

he's been pulling them for about a week now. did it against portland as well.

Man, if I'm a lakers fans I'm kinda worried that the clippers are playing their starters and can create separation, yet it came down to the last bucket to beat the bench of the nuggets. That's concerning.

These games count in the standings. When it's playoff time and we're stuck in the 4th seed again like the Lob City days, we'll be wishing that inexcusable losses like this one didn't happen.

I'm thrilled that I was wrong. Seeding matters and some of the losses this year were giving me Lob City flashbacks. Thankfully this team got it done.
