He fits perfectly on the Warriors, unfortunately.

I think they trade the pick and whomever gets the pick takes him

I would be overjoyed if he somehow fell to #3, not expecting it though

Or the NYK drool over Ball and move up to #2 to take Ball.

Really hoping Wiseman can fall to us. He’s my top choice too.

The obvious fit but would MJ be more interested in going for a PG instead in Ball

I'm very intrigued and could talk myself into it in a nanosecond but I just don't know if the value is there for a center in today's NBA

Wiseman is the guy with the highest floor in the draft. If you want a pick that guarantees your team will improve, he is the guy. We have a lot of holes to fill and to be able to add a franchise center at this stage of a rebuild would be incredible  We could bring him along slow and not worry about people questioning it, this could lead us into another top pick in 2021 and possibly 2022. I feel like adding Edwards or Ball might put pressure on the team to compete immediately and mess up the rebuild.

I'm just going to add, I'd be interested in trading with the Warriors to #2 to ensure we get him.

Our crappy rim protection and getting dominated by opposing bigs would disagree!

This guy is pretty polarizing from what Ive seen, but he seems pretty intriguing to me and usually players with his profile go #1 overall.

Obviously it would be a amazing if we get Wiseman. He fills our most obvious need not to mention he's one of the top 3 prospects in this draft. I think 3 is a great place to maybe move up to 2 or stay put and get either ball, wiseman, or possibly Edwards. Picking number 3 feels pretty good in this particular draft.

I think Wiseman is the one I want as well.

The pessimist in me says if we do get him he will turn into Twiggy Hollins though

I dont think they have anything the Warriors want. Warriors want to win now. Unless the Knicks trade future first rounders which would be utterly stupid. Its the Knicks though, so who knows.

Right there with you. The possible trade with GSW to ensure we get him at #2 should be strongly considered as well if Wiseman has shown he's stayed sharp while out of school/during the quarantine. What do you think we would have to include in that trade/what would you be willing to give up to move up that one spot?

What if they offered:

NYK pick (#8) and Mitch Robinson
For
#2 (Ball)

I'm leaning towards Wiseman as my preference. Ball and Edwards both scare me, especially Ball. Not very much has to go right for Wiseman for him to be a good player and he has plenty of upside.

Makes sense. Plenty of tall ballhandlers (Cunningham) and outlier athletes (Green) coming in next year. Guys with Wiseman's physical profile, not so much.
