His agent is the GOAT agent for swindling them like that

Man...what the hell happened?

Did Philly actually not want to pay Jimmy Buckets? Or Jimmy Buckets just wanted to bounce and play for Pat Riley's squad?

Tobias Harris and Al Horford, wow, hystorically bad offseason.

You absolutely can if you weren't one of the most idiotic GMs, Brand had totally destroyed this team with the Harris and Horford contracts.

I disagree, he's looked mediocre or worse in every playoffs run he has been apart of, so far. Clearly a #2 scoring option for a title team in today's game IMO. A C should never be the clutch time option, too, it wasn't a great idea even in the old days.

Tobias Harris is just so bad against playoff defenses. He's great if you want a tank commander that will drop 20+ on reasonable %'s. But when things get ramped up his lack of elite skills gets exposed. Inconsistent 3 (still hasn't hit one yet vs boston), lack of handle, and is meh around the rim. I'll give him credit for working his ass off got 8 offensive rebounds tn. But hes just not a winning player in the playoffs.

And Horford is just lol Brand should be fired for that alone. If they wanted to use the cap shouldve given out over priced 1 yr deals to role players instead of signing AL to be a back up 5.

I haven’t been paying attention, does anyone else feel like Stan Van Gundy is openly interviewing for the Sixers job while calling this series. I don’t care, I just find it funny.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

He was pretty awesome last year when he had a team that complemented him well.

Embiid in place of one of Gasol or Ibaka on this squad is the prohibitive favorites IMO

Not just shooters, but legitimate snipers in Lowry,FVV, and Powell around him, and good shooters in OG/Pascal, and the defense would probably be better given Embiids a far superior rim protector and would look even better without having to cover for sieves

Either African superstar (Giannis/Embiid) coming here is the absolute dream tbh

How did Philly choke away this game...4 points in the last 4 minutes plus. Terrible.

But you have to consider he's coached by Brown, who's terrible, and has players like Simmons shrinking the court. He has to take 3s sometimes and play outside when that's not his game . he's legitimately the best post scoring big in the league (except vs Gasol lol). With us he'd command doubles and the rest of the team would feast

Despite the limitations he was by far our biggest obstacle last year, moreso than Giannis even IMO. Gasol locked him up and he was still something like +100

Maybe I remember incorrectly, but I thought he was inefficient and struggled to score in last year's playoffs IIRC.

I just wouldn't build my team around a post player today, it's too easy to shut down IMO.

I fully agree that his supporting cast is built horribly, but I'd rather have a Jimmy Butler to run the offense with Embiid as the other scoring option who anchors the defense.
