Interesting move by Cap bringing SGA off the bench. It seems to be working early.

Just looking at it from the outside, it makes sense. 2K Irving is about as dominant as point guards go. With the Mavs lack of depth at the moment, it gives SGA a huge advantage.

Cap staggering his lineup so he doesn't get LaBroned.

I mean once a player gets the Gatorade cup, they're essentially useless. So you pretty much gotta limit the minutes to guys, especially for the few teams that don't even have enough players. I haven't really played 2K in two years, but the few glimpses that I've seen of the streams it looks the same except finishing around the rim is a bit more challenging ergo Kornet looking like Russell.

2k has been the same game the past couple of years now

Which is why NBA Live needs to get their act together. Not being able to finish games to delivering brand new games at what 20 bucks when it came out? Live to me was always trash aside from a few small things, but at least offer some competition to 2K. Year in and year out 2K and Madden get away with murder, I used to download the new rosters and not even bother with the new games.

Yeah this is the perfect time for NBA Live to make a comeback. Their last game Live 19 was pretty solid. But for whatever reason they canceled Live 20 and it doesn’t look like they’re coming out with Live 21. What a shame

Before 4 kids I use to play these games all the time, and up until about two years ago when my son really got into 2k, this is exactly what I would do  . I saw no progress, so I'd just downloaded updated rosters. Still see no major progress tbh.

It's sad, I feel like if I finish 4 games a year now that's a whole lot. I'm almost amazed how I used to spend hours and hours playing video games, how a group of friends can sit around and trash talk for hours with games. The whole online play/micro-transactions inside video games amazes me. I'm a still a classic campaign mode guy, but apparently that's a dying breed.

I can't even knock 2K, they have people spending a ton of money for packs of cards in the My Team mode. I could only imagine how much they generate with that. On top of that "coins" to improve a player instead of grinding and becoming better. There's literally zero reason for them to try and improve actual gameplay.

If you’re looking for some great campaign games.. I recommend The Last of Us Part 2 and Ghost of Tsushima
