Defense is very questionable, kawhi cant carry them all on that end

Heck, Shae alone might not be worth it. At least that kid hit a big shot yesterday.....

Didn't George used to destroy us in the playoffs?

Kawhi had options on who he wanted to sweet talk to LAC, and he chose George. I didn't catch his game today until the end, but he missed a point blank layup. It was Hezonja level silliness. You've got playoff god Kawhi and playoff handicap PG. Quite the extremes.

Yea', Luka got what he wanted but so did everybody else. They don't have the defenders to keep switching like they do

They'll probably win this series but Pandemic P better wake up if they'll see the Lakers or the Rockets later

The end of the process has come. They will do some desperation moves this offseason, but that was a team with the potential to be a contender for a decade. Now their window has closed before it even really opened.

gotta wonder what Sam Hinkie thinks about this. The simple truth is Biid n Ben are a poor match. Both need shooters around them.

Biid undisciplined on offense. figured w Ben out he’d shine. Nope. problem is he’s trying 2b like KAT n shoot 3s n chit. Too much Shirley Temple. Not enough junkyard dog.

As for Ben, well he simply sucks atm tbh. He needs to work on FT’s, post game & finishing. He’s got a huge size advantage on most guys that he never utilizes.

He def needs to work on FT's and having atleast a midrange J, Goph, but finishing is one of his strong points on the offensive end. That ambidexterity is a blessing and a curse for him. Great for the soft touch on floaters inside, but I think it has messed with his head when it comes to his stroke. I've heard arguments he should be a right hander for jump shots - would kinda like to see it tbh.

The issue with this team is the pieces don't fit together. Put KAT instead of Embiid with Ben and it probably works a hell of a lot better offensively tbh. I kinda feel like Ben should be watching tape on 2012-13 Lebron in Miami. Operating out of the low post rather than dribbling up top would put him in positions of strength offensively, and let him find his shooters by seeing over the defense given his height.

Hey Goph, who are the Wolves taking with the 1st pick?

Who would you take?

It's hard to see how P could play any worse, so I guess Clippers have that going for them

Dallas has clearly outplayed Clippers in this series imo (especially considering Porz ejection/injury), but I agree, just feels like Clippers will pull this out somehow on the heels of Kawaii

plan A: tell KAT 2 call his bud D’Book n hav em demand trade. give em pity pkg of #1, 17 Culver, Beasley, etc.

plan B: convince Wiz to rehire Ernie Grunfeld and trade pick pkg for Beal.

plan C: blame Iggie

Toronto going to be a tough out in these playoffs. Their really clicking right now. If we get past Milwaukee, either Boston or Toronto going to take us 7 games. I don't think I have the strength to watch that. Going to be a gruelling series if it comes to it.

pup fam talked about trading for Ben. problem is KAT helps Ben but Ben doesn’t necessarily help KAT. KATs biggest O need was a PnR partner, (which he now has.) Rosas also wants to use a 5 out on offense featuring KAT. Pups biggest need is a SF or PF who plays D & hits treys.

There's isn't much difference between those 4 teams. Any of them can beat the other. It will come down to execution. We can't afford any turd quarters going foward if we want to get to finals. Spo needs to start playing Nunn. We need another offensive weapon whenever we start going through these stretches. I wouldn't mind Meyers seeing minutes too. He might be handy in games where KO isn't shooting well.
