I read somewhere today that someone within the Nova lockerroom was asked if Wright would ever consider coming to coach the Sixers and it was an emphatic no. Due to the fanbase, and his goal of becoming a legendary college coach. Not worth the risk to him.

I don't think Wright will leave Nova to coach this team. Hell no to multi-team retreads who never won a title like the Van Gundys. I'd rather take a chance on Kenny Atkinson who IMO got a raw deal in Brooklyn or make history by hiring Becky Hammond.

I'd be fine with anyone that isn't named Tyronn Lue! I don't know why he is worshiped the way he is around the league. The guy is a goofball!

The Sixers need someone who will command respect and get through to the young players. Embiid can no longer come into the season out of shape and Simmons can't continue to avoid shooting. The young guys need to be held accountable for improving each and every off-season. I don't know which coach will do this, but it needs to be a selection requirement. No more coddling.
