Man I really hope the fans left boo the hell out of this team after Hall strikes out.

The only silver lining of us not making the playoffs is the chance that the front office wakes up and hands Ned his marching orders. If we finish over .500 then I'd guess Ned escapes even with out a playoff trip, but good lord, if this team is again below .500 you gotta do something.

When asked about Aquino, Ned will dodge the question and point to the great move he made by bringing in Rottino who almost gave us the lead. Just like we almost may win the division.

Watch Estrada hit one to right and get thrown out at first to end it

After a 24-10 start. Anything less than the playoffs is curtains for Yost.

I'm sure Ned is preparing his speech about how great Aquino was throwing the ball at AAA. Btw, Pence hits .308 against righties as well, so while he smokes lefties it's not exactly a no-brainer there.

I dont like a steal there.. it makes me feel like youre padding your stats.. i know you most likely wont get thrown out.. but what if you do.. than the game is over.. you stealing second doesnt matter.

They weren't holding him on. It gets you out of the force out at 2nd* and they really aren't going to bother throwing him out on the steal.

In fact, it may not even count as a steal if they aren't holding him on. Help me out here, I believe it is called a pitcher indifference?

and last time I checked a double play doesnt matter when there is already 2 outs

Yeah, sorry...edited to say force out at 2nd maybe on a grounder up the middle and the shortstop makes a diving grab and only has a play at 2.

They don't count it as a steal. You just do that to keep out of a double play or in this case making it only one force play instead of two.
