If the playoffs are over now or stop some other time during the playoffs it's not out of the question that the 2020-2021 season might not happen either. Not sure you can cancel a postseason and then start a whole new season a few months down the road. The NBA may just target the 2021-2022 season as the next NBA season.

No way the NBA just looses another season like that. It's billions of lost dollars lost.
They would still target starting next season latest by January regardless of whether playoffs continue or not. If games continue 100% next season starts latest by January.
If they don't then next season is 50/50. The owners would rip apart the CBA and seek more money and more restrictions on player movement. And if nothing is agreed by Dec then lockout and likely next season cancelled.
That's why a majority of teams want to play. They know they have little leverage if the CBA is ripped apart. Majority of the rank & file can't go a full season without income especially after they already have lost money this season. Unfortunately, the leverage is tilted towards the ones with a lot more money.

Man ngl I haven't been the biggest Lebby fan since his snek exit from Miami but wtf the uncompromising hate he gets on the GB is absurd. No one even knows his role in any of this yet people are blasting him for literally every possible scenario. If he wants to boycott, it's phuck him because China or something. If he wants to resume, it's phuck him he's not about the cause. If it's either/or, it's phuck him he mad the Bucks acted without him
And it's not even different posters being mad for different things, I've literally seen the same posters flip flop on what they're bashing him for based on the latest tweet implying what his stance might be lmao

If(and they might not) the players are willing to cancel this season with the most important games left what makes you think a few months changes their views on starting a whole new season? Do you think nothing else controversial will happen in that time off?

I agree with this for the most part. Current Beno Udrih is probably more apt comparison for Dragic tbh
