Uncle Cliff's game was ahead of his time. One of the few bigs from back in the day that would have thrived in today's pace and space NBA.

May he rest well, and at peace.

Really sad. I didn’t even know about his recent health struggles until today. He had a stroke 3 years ago that left him temporarily paralyzed on his left side and after he recovered from that, about a year or so later, they found and removed a tumor from his jaw. Then in 2019 he was undergoing cancer treatment.

I remember being so pissed that year he got suspended for weed in the playoffs because he was such a key piece for us to have a shot against Miami. The timing was so **** ing suspect, we had won game 1 and lost game 2 and the league took the wind out of our sails, acting like 90% of the league wouldn’t test positive for **** ing marijuana, that was definitely a David Stern fix job to help protect Miami and keep the lowly Nets from any chance of a Cinderella run smh.

Rest In Peace Uncle Cliffy!

RIP and best wishes to his family. I was excited to see his off the court ventures and everything he was doing since basketball.
