Can never take your Ben slander serious though anymore after I learned you're an Evan Turner apologist lmfaoooooo

Thinking he should have been played at PG like he was in college makes me an apologist? Ok

Atleast turner could dribble past a drfender 1 on 1 in the halfcourt. Ben cant

Woa! Yes...I will always say that Doug Collins stunted Turners growth, I will also agree that Turner was and is at his best when he can play the point guard position. Right now Simmons makes Turner look like Reggie Miller in terms of shooting. What I disagree with is Simmons not being able to dribble past a defender. I think he can and does quite often, and I think his game is going to open up tremendously next season. I'm not ready to throw in the towel on Simmons just like I wasn't with Turner. Both have been misused on this team.

Ben to Phoenix for:

Oubre, Rubio, Cam Johnson and #10

Embiid
Harris
Oubre
Richardson
Rubio

Horford
Thybulle
Johnson
Shake
#10 (playmaking G)
#21 (PF/C)

Probably not full value for Ben as we wouldn’t be getting anyone even all-star level back, but I think this would act as almost a mini rebuild while making us a much more complete all-around team. That team gives Embiid a very good chance at dominating...if he chooses to on a nightly basis

Rubio and Richardson are an expiring 28M if there is a FA worth going for after the season as well

Imagine your whole account being centered around Simmons hate but then coming to find that you stan a decaffeinated - smaller, slower, much less skilled 8ppg variant of him. Can't take you seriously anymore ngl.

Cute trade... bu zero chance Embiid is back after his contract and high chance he asks for a trade.

I was a bit of a Lonzo hater during the draft process, but if we could get him for a reasonable trade (maybe JRich), I’d do it. Especially if we’re trying to be anti-PnR. He and Ben Simmons would be perfect for each other, imo. Great vision, high IQ defender.

I actually think if we had drafted him initially over Fultz, we’d be much farther along and Brett would probably still be coach. Fultz fit our offense terribly while Lonzo fit the Spurs type offense much better. Elite role player.

Ben can get you more than the number one pick in this weak draft class.

And Biid isnt a guy who just wants to pad his points. He likes things run his way or he will check out

they made turner add like 30 pounds to his frame to be a fast SF.. we are literally a horrible organization. Turner would have been a really solid PG in this league if he stayed at the 210 range weight wise like he was in college.

I disagree on ben. He does not drive by his man in the half court unless its a horrible mismatch guarding him. He does not have the ball handling ability to strait up get by someone and make it to the basket.

year 5 isnt going to be any different from year 4

I think we are all losing it now.

I ... I cant even with this

2 of the worst half court high draft pick PGs in recent memory offensively are a good pairing with a team with Horford, Embiid, and Harris. just wow

I would focus on adding stability , play style and leadership around Embiid and Simmons. Especially needs veteran proven guys he can trust.

Paul is a future HOF and a 35 year old perennial all star that would have respect in the locker room and as our floor general. Jrue and Redick would elevate this teams chemistry and would give us high level guard play that we need. Making Embiid happy and confident about the roster is crucial next year as well as have high level guards who would allow Ben to exclusively play PF.

Jrue and Redick for Horford and JRich and assets is great for both teams.

Paul for Tobias as well. Both players fit those respective teams.

Embiid/ Pelle / vet
Simmons/ Scott
thybulle/ Korkmaz / Zhiare
jrue/ JJ
Paul / Shake

They would. Harris and Horford were not mentioned in the plan.

#2 pick doesn't have value in a draft where the consensus big boards are all off-base.

Paschall kinda stinks. Just a guy that put up empty stats on a terrible team.

I want Lonzo during his MLE or vet minimum stage of his career. There's probably still a few franchises that think he has more upside than he does and would likely overpay him accordingly.

Lonzo would make our problems in the half court more pronounced i think. He doesnt penetrate and in the half court he is reduced to a spot up shooter (assuming his 3 point shooting this year is not a fluke). If your ballhandlers are Ball and Simmons your half court offense will be miserable (unless they drastically improve).
