Yea. I was big on Murray as well. I'd be interested however. If the Nuggets lose in the first round...you think they would trade MPJ for AG? I was flabbergasted we didn't take a chance on him 2 years ago when he dropped. We were able to take a chance on him with JI and AG roaming his position. Hell we did the same thing with Okeke last year and MPJ had 1st overall talent Okeke doesn't. Could have gave him the year to get healthy like the Nugs did. It was worth the risk to me based on dude's potential if he got right which he seems to have gotten right since.
It makes sense for both teams honestly. Nuggets pretty much lack any great defensive players. AG remedies that right away. AG seems to fit their team a whole lot better. Murray and Jokic are the go to players there, MPJ needs the ball as well and might disrupt their two stars. AG would know his role immediately and I think compliment the two stars a lot better than MPJ.
On the flip side MPJ is what we desperately need: go to scoring punch on the wing. He compliments JI a whole lot better then AG does I believe. JI can handle MPJ defensive deficiencies while MPJ is free to let loose on offensive. Maybe we can send Evan that way too for Harris, they seem out on Harris now as well. I don't know how the money works out.
Not sure, I just feel like if AG and MPJ switch teams they will both reach their max potential.
The hero Orlando deserves is out there somewhere, Dwight was not the one we needed. So we will hunt for him...
