Yea, i think there is a specific agent attached to Tyronn Lue feeding him this info.

Hey fl, any news about potential trades being kicked around? Brand said he'd talk to Jo and Ben and ask them what they need.

Has anyone spoken to Jo about training with one of the elite big men? Like Hakeem or Kareem? Feel like a skyhook would make him unstoppable. Also, is there anyone in his ear on cutting his weight down to his college days, or maybe about 10 lbs heavier. Feels that would help with him mobility on defense and overall conditioning.

Also, I had asked this earlier, but not sure if you have any idea. Any word on Simmons rehab. Is there any concern about the longterm health for him with now back and knee issues, or do they think it'll be resolved with time.

Finally, does cleaning house sans Brand mean our horrible medical staff will get canned as well?

Think Detroit would grant Dwane Casey permission to meet with us? After seven years of Brett this team could use a no-nonsense hardass like Casey.

Jason Kidd: Ben, looking at this team it reminds me of that Mavs squad that I was part of and I know a role that suits you.

Ben: but i can’t play your role because I can’t shoot 3s

Kidd: Silly you.. im talking about you playing Shawn Marion’s role.

So there's speculation that the Sixers have given Ime Udoka permission to speak to the Bulls so perhaps that's a sign that he's not in their thoughts right now. Also apparently Billy Donovan's contract is also due to expire now..so could he be tempted if we gave his agent a call?

When will they start the search for a new HC? Are they waiting for the Clippers to end their playoff run? They can't start the draft without an input from the coach and the draft is only a month away.

Joerger should be considered over Lue, Udoka, Kidd, and probably McMillan.

Still wouldn't mind seeing if any other currently employed candidates hit the market.

You don't need input from the 76ers coach if Sam Presti is telling you who to select.

I dont understand why people are expecting a coaching search to be publicly underway at this time. The season has been over for a week and they have not lost out on any candidates. Conversations have happened behind the scenes.

As i previously mentioned Jay Wright was a pipe dream and his statements today should end that conversation. Way too many factors involved for the job to be tempting to him.

Its still Tyronn Lue at the top with 4-5 other candidates in the group behind him.

Nothing new has changed since last week.

LOL Jay Wright wants no part of this clown show. Wouldn't be surprised if he told that rat Josh Harris that he'll only come if he gets full control, and the rat said no.

I'm curious... what are these factors that drove Jay Wright to say no?

Out of the obvious / speculated candidates, I highly prefer Kenny Atkinson at this point.

Wouldn't be surprised if he turns us down also. Who would want to hitch their wagon to this clown show?

Money, FO structure, roster construction.

I'm not going to blame Harris for the first two points. Paying an unproven NBA coach at least $10m and giving him full control is a huge risk. I'm a big Jay Wright fan but i'm skeptical on how he would do in that scenario.

You are a little over the top here. This is a job every candidate wants.

Its actually higher than the Nets due to Kyrie and Durant.

Doesnt mean they'll hire the right coach, but they have numerous options.

You just told us why Jay Wright doesn't want the job, so apparently every candidate doesn't want it.

Are you saying Ty Lue prefers us to the Nets job?
