Lakers in six. I think Houston has some interesting matchups and has the theoretical ability to straight up beat the Lakers. That said, D'Antoni, Harden, and Westbook all have a pronounced track record of questionable playoff consistency and I don't think they have 4 great overall performances in them. In particutar, this needs to be a Harden heavy series because between LeBron, AD, Dwight and McGee, there aren't going to be a lot of clean looks in the paint and I'm not sure they can keep Westbrook from taking all of those hard looks.

Harden must be freaking relieved to not face Dort anymore for rest of the playoffs. I fancy Rockets to take this series atleast to 6 games

Houston has the worst playoff offense of any team in the second round, I got Lakers in 5.

Lakers need to guard the 3 or hope the Rockets don't get hot. Laker's shouldn't force and telegraph/post-up AD too much like they did against them in the regular season.

AD is tall and lanky and at times struggles w/ shorter/stout defenders like PJ Tucker who has fast hands and causes AD to turn the ball over, especially when teams throw a fast double team at him. AD isn't the best playmaker when doubled. AD just needs to rebound, finish strong and play his game. Shoot his mid-range jumper when he has it and shoot the 3 pointer when he has it. Don't be too predictable and post-up all the time.

But we have a big guy who can actually score the ball unlike Adams

AD and Lebron should actually average 65-70, easily, on good efficiency.

Lakers will cruise through this round 4-1...Harden will show up, but RW will be his downfall.

Lakers in 5. I actually hope the Lakers pick up the pace and run them off the floor. I don’t believe Houston has a chance of stopping LeBron, AD and company in transition.

Just came to post this. Weird that 538 is so bullish on Houston. They went from #1 team preseason to middle of pack, now supposedly will beat Lakers and be at the top again?

I'll give the Rockets 1 game where they get hot from 3.

LOL at the idea of the Rockets winning more than 1 game this series, stop it....more than likely a sweep, although the Lakers with such a long rest might blow game 1 due to rust.

Everyone saw the Rockets beat LA after they traded Capella and thought this small ball gimmick might actually work, but it will be glaringly obvious during this series as McGee, Howard and Davis feast on the offensive glass that it was a stupid decision and can only succeed if Harden has a huge scoring night with excellent efficiency, which at best will happen once this series.

Lakers 4-0 or 4-1, sorry Rockets fans but that's a guarantee
