"Guerilla war" sounds a bit much.
I just meant that if the cops really come out of their bag with the militaristic tactics, it's going to escalate back at them, and that there will be people coming at them with violence, but a population not willing to help them find the "perpetrators"

So what are you two guerrillas going to do to prepare for the Armageddon?

I have guns and a bunker where the sandbags are made out of dog food. If I go through all my canned goods, I can eat part of the bunker. Obviously my defense takes a hit.

If you have any room for Wingo in your bunker, here's some reading material to keep handy

this is revisionist history, in fact he's always been a ridiculous attention whore. but that aside his analysis was right in 2016 and it would be foolish to not heed his words and warnings

He's ignoring the massive difference in the lack of undecided voters this time around.

Biden's lead has been much more stable than Hillary's as a result (so far)

Touche

The question I have is who is he really talking to?

Do you need any further incentives to vote?

The point being is the person who would even hear what he has to say is not likely to be that complacent at this point.

But in any case there was far room for slippage for Clinton than there is for Biden. There will not likely be any big movements in voting blocs on election day

I wonder how many of these voters are actually accounted for the in the polls. So I did some background research and it turns out that the polls with Likely Voters and Registered Voters is whiter and older which naturally favors Republicans. The non voters and newly registered voters can be under represented but will be a powerful force in the election.

Just a thought about the Executive Branch

Trump's term clearly shows how much of our government's path is determined by a single person at the top

That one person can determine policy and the fate of hundreds of millions of people on a whim

The checks and balances of the legislature and the courts are not enough to rein in a dangerous executive like Trump

And this, ultimately, is why Trump is pretty likely to lose bigly, because their fingerprints are on everything and he crapped the bed as president.

And this is why the vanity and the stupidity of Trump was a blessing, because this kind of evil and corruption will appear again in the future with a more polished veneer.

We should be able to survive this time because Trump is crazy and exposes himself with every word and deed. The next time we won't be so lucky.

One thing that I am starting to notice that I think people should watch for is the race is starting to flatten out a bit. The map for Biden is becoming wider as Trump leans into his "Law and Order against the brown people" strategy.

By that, I mean that Trump's message appeals to white people without degrees, which are Trump's base, but it turns off everyone else. It especially turns off educated suburbans and many traditional Republicans.

So even though this strategy may result in tightening in the rust belt, where Trump's base is centered, it also can result in Biden expanding his lead in a place like Arizona or making places like North Carolina and TX, where affluent suburbans reside, even more of a possibility.

Not the answer. Checks and Balances need to be refined. Pure collective decision making only works in smaller communal settings. You can't manage a country, particularly this one, without good leadership at the top.

Oh how this nation has descended into the ooze and slime that there should be a person of such low character in the WH

The 14 people who voted for Trump in this poll, this is what you support, a cheat. I hope you feel good about yourselves or maybe you're all criminals too and like Melania you really don't care
