Why are people blaming brown? Dude was guarding someone the whole time. If he goes to the corner there’s an easy pass to the middle for a dunk.

Tatum was literally doing nothing and guarding no one.

Tatum communicated to Brown to switch.

I’ve watched it plenty. He said to switch and it was the wrong thing to do and brown was right to ignore him. Two different Toronto players had a chance for an open layup if brown listens to tatum

At 34 seconds Tatum says switch but then darts the other way immediately. Killing any chance for brown had to switch without it giving a gimme. He called switch but didn’t attempt to come over to take siakam. Brown leaving him would have been really dumb.

What do you guys think about Giannis right now? Honestly, I don't think he's been that far below his regular season level. I'd really like to see Coach Bud play him more minutes. The Bucks in general seem to be very inflexible when it comes to deviating from their usual strategy. I think they're going to have to get creative in order to come back against the Heat.

He’s obviously been really good but still his limitations in certain situations are still glaring. I think he really needs a good playmaker to ease his load in the half court/ late games. Help him get easier buckets.

Giannis still has obvious holes in his game, but I think this series is more a reflection of how poorly their front office has done at building a proper team around him. This Bucks team is old, lacks reliable shooting and doesn't have enough threats off the dribble. It's also going to be hard to win a title when your second-best player is Khris Middleton.

In hindsight, the decision to promote their GM from within instead of hiring an executive from a more proven organization might end up costing the Bucks Giannis.

Giannis is looking like this eras David Robinson. Monster regular season impact but a game that is prone to being gameplanned and exposed in the playoffs

It's an embarrassment that Giannis and Middleton's minutes are still this low with the season on the line. Bud what are you doing.

Bud needs to be fired ASAP. It's beyond criminal that he's playing his 25 year old MVP less than 35 minutes in a must win playoff game. What the **** is he thinking?

It's really absurd. He played 40 mpg in the two series before Bud was hired and performed well in both.

Giannis minutes are a complete embarrassment. Dudes about to go down 3-0. Terrible.

I still hope they win but him not playing 40+ is terrible

Giannis is getting absolutely exposed. Can’t be the best player in the nba with this many holes in your game.

Said many times on this forum that Giannis winning MVP (and DPOY!) was an absolutely ridiculous/outrageous decision, unsurprisingly it was confirmed yet again in the playoffs. This is no knee jerk reaction to this series, I've said it repeatedly. I really hope the brutality of this loss makes the hype die down and realism set in, Giannis is just not that level of a player.

This is so spot on. I was just telling my mate this exactly. All the way down to the Admiral reference.

Really think Giannis needs to go the LeBron route and learn how to create out of the post. His half court offense is abysmal for someone of his talent.

Giannis needs to play with an elite point guard. Needs to continue to play like a dpoy and try be a scorer more in the Anthony Davis mould. Him creating his own offense in this high stake situations / playoffs ain’t gonna work.

There’s no shame in that he’s a big anyway.
