What can we give up to get Giannis? Do we have enough to get him?

why would we give anything up when we'll just sign him outright after next season :)

Is this actually a legitimate question?

We have absolutely no hope of landing Giannis by FA or trade.

Next question.

Every fan in the NBA is asking the same question. The answer is more than anyone else.

Thats why you should have tanked to get someone like giannis.if you drafted Doncic, or even young could have easily gotten him.
always stockpile assets esp if your a bad lottery team for situations like this.

Even if they keep failing in the playoffs, the Bucks are infinitely more interesting to fans with Giannis than without. It would be financial suicide for Milwaukee to lose him.

shame on anyone who says "giannis to the bulls isn't happening"

now that garpax is gone, it's time for us to start acting like the big-market legacy franchise we are. and that starts by having our fanbase confidently & baselessly assert that a superstar is leaving his team to join us. if we try hard enough we can will it into existence!

He might not want to join the team that's about to sweep him.

But I would put the warriors in the driver's seat to get him

Only shot we have is we make a excellent coaching hire, draft a future all star this year hope lavine and coby jump up to great talents that can get us into the playoffs then go into that off season with 2 max slots. If he feels he can come here with another max guy plus gafford coby lavine Carter jr and whoever we get in the draft then we can be attractive.

But we got to get some winning here 1st

Correct me if I’m wrong but GSW would have to give some guys up to have a shot at him, right?

OK, I get it, but after so many years of being a **** franchise, we have to earn back our place among NBA royalty.
Also, why would he come here instead of Dallas to play with Luka?
Constantly underwhelmed by the Bulls.

to follow in the footsteps of fellow legendary second bananas such as scottie pippen...to move on from a team that's reached its ceiling while still remaining within driving distance of the mars cheese castle...there doesn't have to be a good reason!

the knicks manage to get away with it somehow, so obviously all you have to do is speak it into existence

They are going to have to unload that wiggins contract. That might come courtesy of us.

You are correct sir. Giving up their assets for a rental, well I don't think rebuilding teams will be lining up to do that.

Giannis to the Bulls isn't happening.

If it could be willed into existence, every NBA team would be getting Giannis. Every NBA team is not getting Giannis.

Lol, He was picked 15, in the same draft we got Tony Snell at pick 20. Tanking would have not got any team a guy like like Giannis. Good scouting and some luck does.

Trade Lauri for future assets and/or expiring contracts that help us win next season to make playoffs.

Sign Giannis and AD in free agency.

PG-White
SG-Lavine
SF- ?
PF-Giannis
C-Davis

Bench- 4th pick/Lauri assets/Carter Jr

Is this feasible under the salary cap?
