Cohen's testimony to Congress about Trump's banking and insurance fraud launched a probe and the evidence he has provided indicates he has the goods and an indictment is coming as a result. The guy has boxes full of tapes of phone calls. I'd say he is a treasure trove of evidence. Unlikely he is lying at this point if his word proved solid enough to put Trump on trial.

It would be great if he had tapes of these

This one is baked in the cake. Not sure what the long term answer is but like they say in the article if it goes all red on election day and all blue afterwards no one is going to be satisfied with the answer. For the sake of the psyche of the electorate I hope the win is decisive wherever it lands.

IMO an election needs to be decided on election day. Either end the mail in voting earlier or don't announce the winner until everything is counted. What a nightmare.

With the way tempers are now this has great potential to be explosive. If this ends up like Bush Gore on a national level and is decided by litigation it has the potential to be the spark that....?

Well it would be great if there was some national leader that didn’t go around screaming that the election is rigged, wasn’t actively trying to keep people from mail in voting, didn’t lie about voter fraud, didn’t have the postal service slowing down mail and would agree to shut the **** up about the election until the majority of in person and mail in ballots have been counted.

It’s almost like if there was someone, say a President, who was responsible could calm people down and reinforce faith in the election.

Trump is a racism avatar to a segment of his supporters. Nobody is surprised he said this ****, it sounds exactly like what the drunk **** at the end of the bar would say in terms of Obama and Nelson Mandela. All those black speakers at the RNC were nothing but a cover for Trump’s well documented and obvious racism. I’d say a hell of a lot more but I don’t want to get banned. Hopefully this stays in the news cycle from now until Election Day.

Yes, this pretense of implying equalized accountability across the political spectrum for the incitation of violence is again another tactic to deflect and shift blame from Trump who has been goading on domestic terrorism since he was elected.

Not surprising coming from a sleaze rag like Zero Hedge. Tyler Durden is the writer's pseudonym. This troll Durden has been instigating apocalyptic scenarios for years and is a favorite of the Q crowd. Like Breitbart, another trash citation

Oh he definitely has tapes of incriminating statements by Trump if they were on the phone. But, of course, some were in person and unless Cohen was running his phone recorder in person those items are from memory only

Unreal. Just take those last 10-15 seconds and put it in a commercial.

Obama's biggest error was mocking Trump at the annual DC press roast. It literally goaded Trump into running.

Trump only has the emotional drives of greed, vanity and revenge. There is literally nothing else inside his brain. Anything Obama triggers him. God how Trump must hate Biden.

Obama should've spent 20 minutes ripping Trump apart. Trump was never serious about winning. He just wanted relevancy and rating. He didn't have to spend any money. He was more shocked than anyone when he beat Clinton. That's old news.

They’ve always counted absentee ballots like this to my knowledge. Most of them are usually from our military troops abroad. Now with the even greater number of absentee ballots to count due to COVID to go with the confiscation of ballot boxes and damage done to the postal service, it’s even more important that every ballot be counted.

I thought you Patriots cherished your Constitution and the rights stated therein including the right to vote.

Do you concur?

Biden accepted the endorsement from former Republican Governor of Michigan, Rick Snyder, whose criminal negligence and austerity budget caused the water crisis in Flint Michigan. By accepting Snyder’s endorsement, Biden slapped the faces of the people living in Flint.

Not a good look from Biden. He should’ve told Snyder to stick it.

I think it woild be helpful if the Democrats weren't pushing the form of voting demonstrated to have massive fraud potential. But maybe that's a feature not a bug to them. It certainly was to the Democrats in NJ I previously cited.

He's right to sound the alarm on a practice ripe for abuse and even when working as it shoupd could delay the final tally for days or even weeks. It's a disaster waiting to happen.

It would also be helpful for Hillary Clinton to not go around saying Biden shouldn't Concede under any circumstances if the election is close.

It would also be helpful if Democrats weren't talking about having Trump forcibly removed from office by the military. It sounds like they arranging to defraud their way to a win.

I have no problem at all with absentee ballots but Wingo we both know, or should anyway, that's not what we're talking about here. What the Democrats are asking for is to mail everyone a ballot. EVERYONE. Absentee ballots only go to those who request it.

When you send it to everyone you will be cross checking and contesting an exponentially larger number of ballots.

With the demonstrated abuse of mail in voting thrown on top it is going yo be a nightmare.

What does making the deadline earlier have to do with denying a constitutional right to vote. Explain that to me.
