If Golden State what makes you think so. It's doubtful that any of Curry, Klay or Dray will be as good as they used to be. All older and all coming off either very serious injuries or a myriad of injuries like Dray. Or was Dray never injured at all and just sitting out for the tank?

Excellent video about MIA offense. As I said before, there are many things behind MIA success. For instance:

* - Robinson is an elite shooter. But he is even better at cutting and screening
* - Crowder is a true 3&D but he sets screen and moves the ball

I hope we will be able to re-sign Malik Beasley and turn him into elite shooter. We need multiple shooters on the floor to make our offense work.

Yea its a Golden State joke. It's possible they could fall off but I think even if they are little off next season, that core has been soo good none of these current teams can really compete with them. I think the Rockets are not as good as they were when we played them in the playoffs. Lakers are good but not as good as any of the credible title threats in the last several years besides Cleveland. I don't see any of these eastern teams beating the Warriors except the Celtics if they are healthy.

Some teams may retool and a really great team may emerge, but unless the Warriors drop hard, I think they got a very healthy path to a title next season.

I see Curry, Klay and Dray being poor versions of their prior selves. It's possible that the Warriors could contend for a title, but IMO it's far from a lock of them winning one.

Giannis must play C against MIA, so they can switch. Bud seems to have no plan B in playoffs. His ATL lost in playoffs after being an excellent regular season team. Now MIL regular winner might lose badly.

Butler is not a clutch scorer. I hope Riley will address this issue, because they need second star who can shoot.

How much does it suck having a guard that can't shoot a three? Ask Houston about Westbrook. Wide open by 10 feet in all directions and it's lucky if the ball even touches the rim or net being short. No arc to those shots, almost no shot it goes in. Wasting possessions in the 4th quarter.

I'm shocked. Somehow despite being the taller team the Lakers pulled off a huge upset win tonight. How did that happen?

Whelp. Total complete small ball has just fallen short to the drive and foul Lakers multiple bigs team.

This is what I was waiting to see. How this zero center all in roster could muster up against Lakers in playoffs. Just one game, but they were chasing the whole time as if I was watching a typical wolves games of yore fighting an uphill battle gainst a better team. Can they play better yet? They will have to come back game three shooting better.

I think these teams need to keep a rim protector around for when they meet opponents like this at the very least. That and don't you dare have a starting guard that can't shoot 3s if it were me running small ball teams.

Probably because the Lakers went with a smaller line-up themselves. McGee and Howard only played a combined 8 minutes.

That must be why. Well maybe not. Anthony Davis is 6'10" so they still had that handicap. Sorry, but your explanation doesn't work.

And LeBron James is listed at 6'8" or 6'9". It just doesn't seem possible a team could win giving big minutes to two guys that tall.

He's a 6'10 freak athlete who can spread the floor and cover the perimeter. He is really the perfect center for a "small ball" lineup.

Bingo. Lakers went small. They have been better all year with Davis at the 5. Plus they were favored going into the game. Westbrook 4-15 shooting with seven TOs. Houston bench was nonexistent.

yeah, but there still so much taller than the Rockets. That's a massive disadvantage.

How could he compete with Houston playing PJ Tucker at the center. Tucker has a 5 inch height advantage on Davis.

Probably because Anthony Davis is a future hall of famer and PJ Tucker is a role player? That might have something to do with it?

But he's taller. That's too much to overcome.

Boy I bet the Lakers would have won by 40 points if they would have played LeBron, AD, McGee, and Howard on the floor together at the same time. No one could beat them because they're tall!

I can play this dumb game too.

Nope Height is a disadvantage in this game called basketball. We all know that now. Look I'm the one who's perturbed about all these people hating on height so I'm having some fun mocking it. You don't need to participate, but you give me somebody to respond to so thanks. :D
