No need to put Giannis in danger next game. Theyre playing with house money. And at this point any games they might win could further persuade Giannis this is the place for him to stay.

I wouldn't say it's house money. It's a year in a championship window. If he can go he should go. But he's got to be honest with the medical staff and they've got to keep him out if he shouldn't be playing. My guess is that's what will happen. They have a MRI on campus?

The criticism of Giannis on this site is ridiculous. Have you looked at his stats in these games? He had a bad shooting game in game three, but was one assist away from a triple double. The things he is doing that aren't working are entirely due to the coach, who is putting him in this position.

It's been well documented on this site and elsewhere that when they put Gannis down low, the offense works much better against Miami. It's also the case the Bucks are more productive running PNR with Giannis. Yet Bud continues to put Giannis at the top. Is that Giannis's fault.

Same with three point shooting. The coach has told Giannis to keep shooting threes, even though it makes no sense. He was 0-7 in game three from the three point line. If Bud told him to stop, he would.

Giannis is one of the most intelligent bball players on the team. But he is also very obedient to his coach, to the detriment of his team.

House money? More like we came into the casino big spenders, lost our entire bankroll betting on black 6 times in a row, and now just found a chip on the floor. Thats what we’re playing with. A floor chip.

I think that window closed under the current circumstances, but it does suck for this to happen in Giannis' prime and I get why there'd be a push to leave it all on the line. Part of the basis for my comment stemmed from the report that he couldn't plant or jump and seeing him in a boot. Jez could correct me but I don't see how even the most finely tuned athlete can recover well enough to play in 48 hours w/o a substantial risk of further damage.

A "floor chip" sounds like house money to me

My bootleg Bucks playoff hat I made and ordered from China arrived today. Between us actually winning the game and receiving the hat, I think it is a sign.

On the orthopedic front, one of the things that has been nice is that there is an MRI Center right on campus.

“By having that readily available, we can take a player right after the game to get an MRI to better evaluate the soft tissue. You want to understand what is the role of the soft tissue because ultimately that’s going to determine whether the player practices or plays.”

There is that. 8-)

Miami's bread and butter is their defense and team committee on offense. I think today's matchup expose them a bit. One would think with Giannis being out that the Heat would crank up their offense to run the Bucks out of the bubble. That to me shows a crack intheir offense. In spite of the team unity on offense, they don't have that player on their offense who can take over their offense enough to put a team on their backs. JB and Bam may come close.

IMO keep switching onto Herro and abuse him as often as possible. defense is the key for Milwaukee to win this series. every 24 seconds matters like it's your life on the line. no careless turnovers. energy and effort TM

Herro for sure. Duncan Robinson is another one the Bucks better be mindful of. He's one of those underrated types who can sneak in and get 20pts on you if the opponent falls asleep defensively on him.
