Role players are really stepping up for the Lakers these last two games.

Hope AD and Lebron didn't pickup lingering injuries late in this game, but otherwise a great win. Rockets again look absolutely gassed in the 4th

Kuzma had a spectacular 4th as well... I think we know the Rockets now and know how to beat them. I think we may drop another game but I think we got this now.

That is unless the league does something stupid to even the odds and gives AD a flagrant foul for the clearly unintentional elbow... You know, or something like that, or whatever...

stan francisco wrote:1) Turnovers. Harden at the line is reduced by not turning the ball over. And by good shot selection and by solid offensive rebounding etc but mostly no effing TOs. In other words, minimize the fast breaks for them!

2) Pace. Slow their offense down by virtue of a set half court defense (no turnovers). Make them work for a good shot for 24 seconds. Our own offensive pace should be as fast as possible, preferable lots of fast breaks off of clanked shots and HOU TOs.

3) Continue to overplay Harden’s left lane on single coverage, and continue to double him rapidly. It’s hilarious to watch him try to go right. He looks kind of like a dog with a vet’s collar when Rondo or Kuzma take away his left; almost bewildered, clueless. Funny to watch, IMO.

4) LeBron’s strategy. Do what you did in game two; be a beast, lol. No threes, pkeeeeeeease. Attack the rim. Cut and dish.

5) AD. Feed the beast.

6) Young bucks Kuz and Caruso. Listen to Rondo’s advise defensively. Offensively, attack the rim to start the game out, then mid range, then threes. Like Kobe used to at times.

7) Defense. Move your feet. No cheap fouls.

Go Lakers!

Not to be like that but they did all of that to perfection and then some.

If we play like this, we might beat the Clippers. The efficiency ...

Great game!

If Covington has to sit because of concussion protocol, who do they play with House out?

Oh I know, Dantoni, will up everyone else minutes and give us more Russ

LeBron was a beast. So was AD. Rondo still rocks an all-time-great level of savvy and was spectacular tonight. The entire team looked locked in.

The coaching and timeouts were on point. Happy to see a shorter rotation. Nice defensive schemes.

Our depth is killing the Rockets. Their bench is too short for the style they play.

Bron is still getting hammered at the rim, and not gettin the calls. But anyways great win tonite. We need to get that 3rd one and crush their psyche

Yeah, it’s almost like in the Shaq days. If he doesn’t fall, how could it be a foul? Because he’s a freak of nature, a rare physical specimen, lol! They don’t hang off of LBJ’s arms in droves like they used to off Shaq’s, but almost. LeBron sure gets no superstar calls like Harden and Kawhi do. None. Not so far this post season.

I'm one of the biggest rondo haters but this was a great game by him. I like this more than last game. If they are going to sag off rondo on offense then hit that open 3. When he makes those then we are hard to stop. His defense was great too. Alot of his steals in the last game were due to alot of gambling. He looked way more in control and giving great effort this game.

I got the gameplan for the rockets next game. Guard Rondo tight. And leave Green wide open. This mofo Green can't even hit the backboard
