The second half was amazing. We totally shut down Houston. If we play like this the rest of the way, it's a wrap, no matter who is in front.

Wow, you just can't help but bash another player can't you? Sure Green had a few cold games like games 1 vs Portland and Houston but almost every Laker layed bricks for those games too and it's not like every game, Danny were missing shots. The pivotal games 3,4 vs the Blazers, he was like 5 of 8 from 3, game 2 vs the Rockers, he shot 60%, 2 were crucial. I love Rondo's cerebral approach, reading the defense, dictating tempo, setting up teammates but I'm not sure he can keep up his hot shooting from the perimeter just like Morris, I pray to God I'm wrong.
Houston had a back to back games where they shot above 40% from the 3 and lost both games. Cutting down turnovers, playing good defense and having sensible offensive sets will help. I agree with Tylerlakers, they have to find screeners so AD can have another defender other than Tucker who is getting away with body checks, forearm and elbows etc. Sure he managed to score baskets vs PJ but it'll be easier for him to operate with a smaller/lighter defender.

One thing is for certain, Rondo will keep exploiting those mismatches down in the post. Take the load off Bron and get him and AD lots of easy buckets.

Yeah Danny Red has been even missing simple layups. Even my casual watcher wife noticed that. she always says "uh oh" whenever he comes near the basket for a layup or even attempts a 3pter

Yes, I saw that missed lay up and it was painful for me too but the guy missed 4 shots TOTAL. KCP missed 6 shots, Morris who was hailed the SAVIOR AND KING for game 2 missed 5 attempts and actually played more. BTW so what if he is a starter? Rondo, LouWill etc are non starters and yet are very valuable for their team's success. Yes, Lakers would be unbeatable if our perimeter backcourt can hit their shots but perimeter players get cold at times. Even Paul George, WB, Murray had cold streaks and it's not like he has 3 straight bad shooting games either. Game 2 vs Houston he was 3 of 5 but nobody remembers bec everyone was busy kissing Morris' rear end that night. Games 3 and 4 vs Portland, he hit a combined 5 of 8 from 3.
