Unlike with players, you can never really tell how much impact coaches have. Personally, I think swapping out any of the top 15 coaches with each other likely means less than 2 games win difference on the season unless there is just a major personality conflict.
Disagree. Few coaches show as much tactical variety as the top guys (Nurse and Stevens IMO). The Raptors regularly throw like 5 different defensive schemes at their opponents in just one game. McMillan is fine, but if you have him figured out once, you win. There's a clear difference to me.
