This. His Defense is solid. I could care less about his 3pt shooting right now. He needs a low post game or else we're looking at the final product and that's not encouraging.

Aggressiveness taking it to the rim, allowing him to increase efficiency and get to the line more.
Keep shooting 3s.

Offensive IQ, gameplanning, working on his moves/sweet spots, and...I hate to say this, but his hands. Catching the **** ball.

He should hire whoever the guy is who worked with Bynum many years ago. Overall, I think he should work on his inside game, reading defenses from the post and spotting cutters and who has the best shot, and handling the ball in the post. And realize that that person may be himself. After that, work on his free throws and three point shot.
