Remember when DSJ's new shot looked "wet" last offseason?

Last guy for us to show actual in game improvement year to year was David Lee. Change my mind.

STAT developed a post game...I thought that was impressive. I think DLee could have become a great 3 point shooter in this era...the guy's improvement was amazing.

Any Giannis situation on his resume?

Worked with Lavine, Tatum, Beal, Embiid, Hayward...some testimonies

"Drew is a big reason I am the player I am today has really improved my game since I was 13 and continues to find ways for me to improve and always get better."
JAYSON TATUM

"Drew has taught me a lot. He really breaks down my game & always finds ways to help me get better."
JOEL EMBIID
NBA ALL-STAR CENTER

“Drew’s definitely the best in the business. We’ve grinded since I was in high school and is a big reason why I am where I am today.”
BRADLEY BEAL
NBA ALL-STAR GUARD

That’s good to know.

I read that Hanlen worked with Fultz. Obviously he failed to fix his jumper but apparently his jumpshot got even worse after they stopped working together.

Anyway it’s good news that RJ’s working on his jumper. RJ with a reliable jumpshot is an All-Star. I just hope they don’t revamp his whole form and only focus on smaller aspects of his mechanics, as the tweets suggest.

Yep. He worked with RJ before he was drafted.

I thought we saw some definite improvement from RJ when he returned from his last injury before our season got cancelled.

He did. Get some shooting around him, and he’ll be a beast.

Moving his elbow out should help quite a bit. It'll give him more of a natural/easy/smooth stroke. You don't want your elbow so far in if it leads to a poor shot pocket and your shoulders get that funky.

RJ's work ethic and maturity were two of his biggest pluses coming out of college. Hopefully we see a nice improvement to his skillset in Year 2.

Any guy Tatum is vouching for has me excited. Tatum is pretty much automatic these days on open jumpers.

Rj used to have a pronounced "gate" with his non shooting hand. While it had gotten smallwr it still blocks the shot. If he can continue moving his non shooting hand to the side i think he will be a solid 3 point shooter.

RJ to me seems like the kind of guy to never take a summer off. He seems to be a real worker

I wouldn’t be surprised to see him slightly improving elements of his game every single summer and adapting through the season too

He’s very coachable and quite bright

He might not leap from one level to the next overnight but I’ll bet he adapts and grows every year

I see him a little like Paul pierce
