These draft sites are pure guessing. The changes you see since the college season ended, is just the site making changes to give you reason to look. They are not getting any information since the college season was stopped. Most of these sites were getting zero info anyways. Their mock drafts is just as good as Feel_the_Heat secret draft board. Draftexpress was one of the few with connections and they got their info during the combine.

Just as good as every mock draft. Making uninformed guesses.

Most professional mocks do not use uniformed guesses.

I like a few guys Rex.

I'm looking for a paint defender big who can shoot, or a point defender who can be efficient on offense.

I like Jalen Smith, Daniel Oturu, and Vernon Carey for the first group, and Tre Jones and Malachi Flynn for the second.

3 ways to know anything of substance about were a player may get drafted. Know scouts, know agents and know nba team coaches. That in order of person from least to most knowledgeable. Agents you can't trust because they will outright lie.

I'd forgotten about the Butler link with Tyus and Tre Jones. Reckon that would just about make him a dead certainty if available, as if the Duke connection wasn't enough.

While I may not be particularly excited by him as a prospect, I could see the appeal. Very good defensive guard who was ACC DPOY and POTY. The kind of player you would be happy to bring in off the bench to run a second unit, or defend a quality backcourt scorer. In other words, this is a type contender pick.

Odds are we probably deal the pick, but it's going to be a very interesting draft. Shenanigans aplenty.

If you’re the Heat and you don’t see a player that would be great on draft day at #20, do you see about gaining back future draft picks? I think OKC controls them right?

If I hear very good things about Oturu defensively, maybe I'll strongly consider drafting him.

Definitely, picks are almost always worth more before they’re picked.

I would be willing to put money on the Heat scouting staff are in love with at least 2, if not 3, players that most FOs have outside their top 20 or 30.

Will be interesting to see how OKC plays the draft moving forward. They've got such a ridiculous hoard of picks.

Read on Twitter

At this point, if they get lucky and execute well in the draft, they could have a solid lineup built, and be adding lottery picks to it in 2025 and 2026.

I'd trade both this year's draft picks into 2021. That draft looks crazy good.

That is an insane haul of picks.

They need to not phuck it up like Boston did.

Having said that, they got Tatum and Brown out of those picks so it wasn’t all bad. But given the hand they had, I feel like they didn’t maximize the opportunity. They should’ve had a ring by now.

Tatum, Brown, and 2 years of Kyrie Irving is not quite what you were hoping for from those 3 highly coveted Brooklyn picks.

Overall, it wouldn't have been bad if the "superstar" trade they had made hadn't been a bust. Could have had SGA or Porter Jr with that pick.

Looks good on paper but honestly, once most of these picks land outside the top 8 - you're most likely to end up with a bunch of good to decent young players that will struggle to play winning basketball and improve without winning vets next to them.

You can only integrate so many young, non elite young players at a time.

I don't expect they will go rooks only. Point is, they've got capital now. A bunch of it. If you like a player, draft him. If not, trade the pick for something you'd rather have.

As I said, trade the 2020 picks for 2021 picks, and give yourself more tickets to what could be a stud draft. By 2024, you've built a good team right at the time Houston is riding without Harden. LAC, if they resign PP and Klaw, is fading out at that time too. Could be good Rex.

Coming back to this kid again. It's been a while.

Look at those positives. Isn't that the new age big man? Not as long on the wingspan as I'd prefer, but I think he's going to be solid.

I don't believe he is 6'10 which explains his wing span.

Reminds me of a short mini James Johnson. would def love to see him in our Gleague squad.
1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington
