There was no way for him to sneak out of his condo to the OVO gym at any point? lol. Like this is insane to me.

I have no idea how bad the lock down was in Toronto. I was in Phoenix, and let me just say Pascal would of have ample to practice basketball. lol.

Mr99 +6 in 4 minutes. How could Nurse not use him more in this series? Fatigue killed them in the end.

why would He play he just got a 130 million dollar contract which led to him wigginsing it. I guarantee you if masai didn’t give him that contract he would have been working his a$$ off. People are looking for every excuse for pascal but the guy got paid more than he ever thought he would which means he probably surpassed his goal. What I saw out there is a lack of caring and zero emotion! Even when gasol was bad you saw him walk to the back to talk to himself. Did you even see a upset pascal out there ? It’s was like ok i turned the over so what. There was no passion, no fire, no emotion at all and that’s what’s concerning the most. We’ve seen guys stink it up like PG but you see emotion. Hell I even saw kawhi more upset looking than normal after losses.

Listen to pascal’s post game interviews in this series and it’s like he’s doing great. Not once did you hear him say I gotta step it up. We heard kemba and Brown say they needed to step it up but pascal always sounded like he’s doing fine. I think the money this guy got ruined his hunger.

First few weeks of May they could practice at the facility. He just making excuses. He probably thought season won't be restart and just did nothing.

It's not like you couldn't leave your house. After their initial 2 week quarantine was over there's no reason why he couldn't have used our practice facility. This **** of not touching a ball for three months is insane.

We won a championship and the Raps were playing with house money. No shame losing, played tough. This tells you that other Star players are looking at TDot as a destination team that have all the makings of a great team too to bottom.

Man, that last minute had so many things go against us after we made it a two point game.

- Norm gets blocked
- Lowry fouls out on the ensuing possession
- Celtics miss both free throws only to get the rebound and make one free throw, making it a 3pt game
- We're forced to shoot a 3 without Lowry and get a terrible look

Just needed one break. I'm confident we win had we tied the game. Celtics were on their heels. Norm getting blocked on a bad take was the biggest mistake in a mistake-filled game on our part.

I am a common pleb yet I was able to find a random hoop to ball on during covid. How the **** couldn't the raptors arrange it for Siakam? This is absurd.

Can you think of a single player in the history of the NBA who has ever had a series like this and then come back and become a high-end playoff performer? If not, what makes you think Siakam will be the first?

His work ethic and what he has shown last year in the playoffs and finals. I really doubt he is just gonna give up cause of one bad playoff year after not playing ball for 3months(longest off since he started playing). Do you really think this doesn't make him that much more hungrier?

Explain to me again why he took 3 months off. Not a single other NBA player, or aspiring NBA player took 3 months off. ****, my 8 year old son touched the ball everyday since March and improved his crossover, behind the back and step back in the driveway.

And improved his wrist shot so now he’s drilling top corners with ease.

Really isn't. If we had Derozan instead I think we'd have won. We could hide him on defense. Spurs Derozan really isnt the same as he was on the Raptors.

No way, Siakam was someone who was actively making it tough on Tatum/Brown to score. DD would get ruthlessly targeted by a brilliant coach in Stevens, and he would give us the same #s as Siakam

BOS in 4 imo if we swapped them

lol sure.

Be objective here. These Celtics, coached by Stevens, and having length and grit with Tatum, Brown, Smart, Theis, Williams, etc. They're easily one of the best defenses we've seen in the postseason.

The 7 seed Pacers, , corpse of Luol Deng, the 5 seed Wizards, LeBron's atrocious Cavs that featured scrubs like JR and washed up Korver, all locked up DD

Like it's pretty obvious DD would get his **** kicked in by these Celtics lol

Shame on the Raptors for not doing enough to help facilitate his basketball activities.
Or does this clown need Rico that much?

I am tired of his happy and easy going attitude.
Take this **** more seriously.

This is such a bull excuse. I lost fat, gained muscle, shot hoops multiple times a week during the entire quarantine while my gym was closed. And I’m a nobody with not even a tenth of his resources, wealth, nor reasons to put in work. If the man wanted to come into the season-resumption bubble in shape and was willing to put in the work, he would have.

(Also, Nurse had a very, very poor showing tonight).

Nurse was doing great in the 1q when he had a quick hook on Siakam and Gasol, and we went on that big run with Norm and some Thomas.

Then when Nurse put in Gasol+Ibaka lineup in the 2q, it was all downhill from there. So stubborn on trying to get Gasol going.

not having a full lineup for most of the season played a factor here. We played better shorthanded for a reason.

What makes you think I am not being objective? I couldn't stand Derozan on the Raptors. Ever single thing you mentioned was **** from when he played on the Raptors. I clearly said he's become a different player under Pop. He hasn't improved epicaly but he's gotten better at playmaking and his vision has improved. He's also gotten better at deferring offensively. He doesn't force things as much. There were glimpses of it towards the end of his tenure with the Raptors. No reason to believe that had he had the proper coaching around him, he could have succeeded here. I stand by what I said. Derozan today playing to his average would be infinitely better than wtf version of siakam we've seen since January.
