Even if we put our absolute best offer up, it's hard for me to believe that someone else wouldn't beat it.
I mean, the Sixers could trade Embiid or Simmons for him.
The Clippers could trade Leonard or George.
I'm sure the Rockets would be willing to trade James Harden.
It wouldn't shock me if the Warriors were willing to give up Klay.
Giannis is one of the best players in the league and he's young. Every single team wants him.
What can we give up to get Giannis?

The Bulls have assets...young players and picks which Milwaukee will gladly accept. But, Giannis is absolutely going to walk away in a year. If the Bulls had Luka or that level young star, you can empty the team/assets like Miami did for Lebron and Bosh.
Dallas can practically give up a lot other than KP and Luka to get Giannis. Maybe, Milwaukee themselves will get someone like CP3 or another disgruntled star for one last hurrah.
Giannis is a stud but his lack of shooting makes it tough to build around. He needs big men who can be perimeter oriented like Brooke Lopez and even that didn't work.

Bucks trading Giannis would mean they are rebuilding most likely. None of those guys besides the 76ers guys would be a good move, as imo they'd just be a slightly worse version of the current team with guys who are 5+ years older instead of Giannis. Rockets and clippers have no future picks to trade.
#4/coby/Lauri/WCJ/2 future picks isnt that bad of a package. Doesn't give them one guy to build around but instantly makes them young with a lot of B level prospects and future assets.

Maybe, but they if they're getting a legit star back for Giannis, then they could still theoretically compete in the East... especially if they're sending Giannis out West.

Bulls don’t have enough assets to acquire a Giannis. Not even Lavine plus the Bulls last 5 1st rd picks plus 2020 pick would do it.
If Bucks want to deal, they’ll be able to find plenty of suitors with a big offer. There’s a reason the Bulls were a high lotto team and it isn’t all about the coaching.

Exactly. There just is no reasonable package the Bulls have. While that package from the bulls wouldn’t be awful as far as return it is definitely going to be topped by other teams. Giannis is young and he is MVP. Likely the hottest free agent since Lebron. Even if the Bulls got him they would have nothing and would be bounced in the first round with him.

Re: What can we give up to get Giannis?
The problem with trading Giannis for picks is that any team with Giannis will make the playoffs, thus the picks will be mid-round, with no chance of getting a good lottery ball. And trading a superstar for volume is almost always a bad idea. If Giannis does want to move, the Bucks surely will look for a package that includes at least another current All Star.
